Melvin and Florence stepped out of the lab and heard what the Professor had to say. "Ugh. Fine, fine. Let us be done with it as soon as possible. I'd rather not stay here for too long." Melvin said as he walked towards one of the houses to see if this man's grandson was there. Florence went inside the only other house that wasn't the lab in Pallet Town to look for the boy.

Alucard braced himself for an impact, and so did Seras.

 

[elricik]

"Gary (Motherfucking) Oak is my grandsons name. I gave him his first pokemon yesterday, and he left for the next time. He said he'd call when he reached the next pokemon center, but he hasn't called. Its been days. I'll give you pokemon so you can survive in the wild while you look." The professor said as he led the group into the lab.

"Not as planned." Breen said as he got up from the smoldering wreck, his body wasn't even remotely injured due to his awesome mech battle suit.

"Is everyone ok?"

 

[SteakHeart]

"We'll find yer Gary," Demoman slurred, "don't yeh forget it. Just as long as yeh give us those Pokemons."

 

[CloggedDonkey]

Man looked at the strange person in uniform coming out of the ball pit. Mmmm... I don't know who this guy is, but something about him seems... familiar, as though some force controlling me recognizes him. Well, no need to be unfriendly. Man smiled at the teenager. "Sorry, no one like you, but I'd gladly help you. Name's Minecraft Man, but just call me Man." He said. I remember when I got lost as a young lad. Only I was in a cave. With monsters at every turn that would explode... so kind of like here.

 

[Zirat]

Kyon did a double take when what he thought was a animatronic statue at first actually turned to speak to him, but the fact that it offered to help him was of relief, and the other person was calling himself a pirate offered to help him as well. Heh... good thing the workers here are pretty nice, but still no sign of the others. Great, Haruhi'll probably just give me the death penalty when I find her anyways he thought.
"Well thanks I guess... but no real need I just got to head out and find them" Kyon said as he shook the strange mans hand, but when he did he and his companions seemed to blur and become a smear on his retinas, as the background faded and suddenly him and his newly found companions were on an airship, with a large group of others.

"W-what the hell just happened?!" He said, but before he could get a sensible answer from anyone there were shouts of urgency as suddenly the ship started blaring sirens and red lights flashed as they crashed into the ground, throwing Kyon to the ground in a extremely confused by mostly unharmed heap.

"You better, I've never met my grandsons parents, if they exist at all they'll be furious that I sent out a young boy into the wilderness alone with only a small creature to defend him. Not my best decision, but in a world where everyone drops out of school to become a pokemon trainer, what can I say?" The professor led them in the back of the lab where several hundred pokeballs sat, each one with a picture in front of them.

"Go ahead and pick any pokemon you want. Everybody gets ONE." The Professor said.

"Not going to be able to repair this..." Breen said as he shook his head at what had cost nearly a billion dollars strewn about the forest.

"If everyones alright I think I saw a town up ahead, we could probably just walk over there. Be mindful of these strange creatures though, if they can blow down a state of the art warship with only one attack, they've got to be trouble."

 

[Fallen-Angel Risen-Demon]

Shadow nodded. "Let us be gone. This land is familiar... Wait, Toph! I suddenly have the sudden urge to warn you about getting a seiz- Oh wait." "Shut up you emo Hedgehog... Thing." Shadow growled at Toph, resisting the urge to shout several obscenities at her. "Whatever, lets just get heading to the town..." "Aw, backing down already? Did I hurt your feelings? Does the emo need a hug?" Shadow clenched his fist and walked towards the town, soon followed by Toph.

 

[Lambi]

Melvin stepped forwards and picked a Kadabra. "This one looks like he's got quite the power." He chuckled and started to examine the ball the creature was in.

Florence went ahead and picked a Haunter. "This one looks like he'll be quite lively." He chuckled at his attempt at humor and examined the ball like Melvin.

"How the hell do you release them?!" Melvin said frustrated after trying to release his Kadabra.

"I'm fine." Alucard said as he stood there, unharmed by the crash. "And don't worry about those creatures, I can handle them." he said as he made his Casull spin on one finger, then holstered it. He started walking towards the town that Breen had noticed.

Seras jumped down from a tree to Alucard's side, mostly unharmed.

 

[SteakHeart]

Starkiller browsed through the Pokemon available to him. "Hm..." He saw a pokeball marked with a blue dragon-fish-looking thing. He picked it up. "This one seems powerful," he said. "My enemies will know fear."

Tavish grabbed a Voltorb. "Ahahaha, it's explosion time!" he shouted.

 

[Fury Is Me.]

Marina was rummaging through the balls marked with pictures of each Pokemon, searching for one she might like. She stopped at one that was marked with sea dragon looking thing with a large neck, a kind face, and a shell on it's back. "Lapras... Huh..." She picked up the ball. "What kind is this one here, Prof?"

Yukari held an empty Pokeball in her hands, and was tossing it up and down into the air, not interested in actually catching a pokemon. There were very few laws of any universe she had to follow, and the only one she'd been following for a while was the Spellcard Rules of Gensokyo, which she was currently out of reach of. "I'll just drop the things into Gaps when they come~" she chuckled to herself. "It's gonna be kind of a boring journey here~"

 

[capin Rob]

Snake looked through the various pokemon.

"I wonder what I should take..."

after more looking he decided on taking a Magicarp

"I bet this one is the best pokemon ever."

I'll be on my guard sir." The courier sad to Breen.

"Thats a water type pokemon." The Professor said to Marina. "Sort of like a giant turtle."

"To release your pokemon simply throw the ball as hard as you can onto the ground. To retrieve them aim the pokeball at the pokemon, and a magical laser beam will carry them back into the ball."

[hr]

"Very well then..." Breen said as he started walking toward Pallet town. A large fire could be seen ahead, it was an APC.

"Legion!" Breen yelled as he noticed the logo painted on the side of the vehicle.

Spoiler: I knew...

Someone would take magicarp.

 

[BloodyThoughts]

And then the ground where the professor and Marina stood started rumbling a little bit. It was like that for seconds, until finally, Haruko burst from the ground holding a pickaxe high, and with a :| facial expression. She looked around a few times, then her head was basically glued onto Marina. She waved at her.

"Hey Marina!" She shouted. She jumped out of the hole she was in ran over to Marina and put her arm around her, "You'll NEVER guess where I was. Go on. Guess. You'll never get it right."

 

[Lambi]

Melvin and Florence threw their Pokeballs to the ground and sure enough, they opened and out came Kadabra for Melvin and Haunter for Florence. "Excellent! Now it would just be perfect to know how you command these beasts..." Melvin circled around his Kadabra, which looked at him with the kind of look a loyal servant gives. "Kadabra!" it said, with telepathy it seemed since it didn't open its mouth.

Florence walked up to his Haunter, who looked at Florence with the same look Kadabra gave Melvin. "What can these creatures do? It doesn't look like they can say much more than their names." "Haunt! Haunter! Haw haw haw haw haw haw!" The Haunter laughed for some reason. "What's so funny?" The Haunter shrugged, with its hands since it didn't have any shoulders.

"They might be here for the emeralds as well. We should be careful." Alucard said without stopping for a moment, heading towards the town with Seras close by him.

 

[SteakHeart]

Starkiller threw his Pokeball at the ground, and out came the blue dragon.

"GYRADOS. GYRA. GYRADOS!"

Galen decided that it was a good monster to use. He hoisted himself up onto its back, and the Gyrados seemed to bond immediately with Starkiller in their mutual love for combat.

Tavish, in the mean time, was already using his Voltorb as a chair, much to its dismay.

"Volt! Voltorb!" The red-and-white sphere shocked Demo off of its back.

"Augh!" Demo shouted. He grinned. "Feisty, ain't yeh? We'll be good friends."

"Remember, bring me one back,"

Morrigan radioed.

"Those Drifloons look SO cute."

 

[elricik]

"Here take this." Professor Oak said as he handed everyone a pokedex.

"This device will provide further information on your pokemon, as well as a list of battle commands."

[hr]

"Yeah, the emerald has to be around here somewhere." Breen said to Alucard.

The group continued down the path until the ground below them collapsed into itself, sending them falling into a large hole, complete with an enclosing net.

"What the hell is this?" Breen asked angrily.

 

[Lambi]

Melvin took the Pokedex and opened it. When he aimed it at his Kadabra, he got the appropriate data on it.

"Oh, it certainly sounds powerful." Melvin said with a greedy look on his face. "We'll see how strong you are against those other creatures out there." He chuckled to himself, and the Kadabra seemed to do the same.

Florence opened up his Pokedex and aimed it at his Haunter, like Melvin had done with Kadabra. He got the appropriate data on Haunter as well.

It hides in the dark, planning to take the life of the next living thing that wanders close by.
Moves: Lick. Shadow Punch. Shadow Ball. Dark Pulse.

"You're not the only one with a powerful sounding Pokemon. This one is quite capable itself." He chuckled, and so did the Haunter, though the Haunter did more of a hearty laugh like earlier.

Alucard ripped the net and jumped from it onto the ground. "Seems someone lay a trap for us. Foolish. It's just a harmless and simple trap, anyway."

Seras jumped to Alucard and looked at the rest of them in the net. "Come on, we don't have all day to look for those emeralds."

 

[Fury Is Me.]

Marina sighed. "I don't know... Hell?"

Suddenly, without warning, a Snorlax fell through the roof of the building, creating a loud crashing noise, and making a slight tremor as it landed. From the hole it created, Yukari floated down, non-chalontly, twirling down as she did, chuckling. "Well~ I found mine~" She said, laying herself on her stomach across the large pokemon's stomach, her legs up in the air behind her, like a teenage girl on her bed texting her friends. She chuckled again. "It's adorable, destructive, and it makes for a good bed~ It and I share common interests, it seems." She gave a slightly more powerful chuckle.

Marina was on the ground, next to Haruko, having fallen form the sudden crash of the Snorlax. She bit her tongue this time. They'd get theirs' soon.

 

[BoosterGold]

"Oh dear lord a net, Help" screamed Guybrush.
"Get a hold of yourself." said Derpy slapping him in the face
"thanks"

 

[capin Rob]

Snake looked at the pokedex and searched maicarp's attacks.

"Alright then, It only seems to know splash... It MUST be an awesomely overpowered death pokemon if it only has one attack." He threw the ball on the ground and the poemon came out.

"magicarp! use splash!" it flopped weakly on the ground.

"... Its not very effective."

The courier turned on his pip-boy light and flashed it around after takeing out his hunting shotgun.

"Yes, lets hurry."
