I can see a viable argument made from that. Fallout 3 was pretty shallow and was clearly marketed toward the punch in the dick slow mo cam demographic. I am not even a fan of the series and I can tell you that the originals were better.

Your argument is that Fallout 3 was bad because it was marketed toward the "punch in the dick slow mo cam demographic." His reason was just the simple fact that it was made by Bethesda. There's no viable argument from his reason, but you definitely could argue your point.

i dont think good idea had much to do with it at the time.. i was 18 hated my parents at the time and was having a long distance type relationship with a girl in oklahoma..so yea.. i pretty much packed my bags and went of on my adventures..lived in ok for 3 months (couldnt get a visa) and on my way home i decided to get off at london airport..n spent about 6 years in the uk before i decided to reconcile with my parents.

so yea...not a whole lot of thinking involved...but it was worth it

a butter knife. and he always was an annoying prick, his parents made him think that the world is his to command. he came over to my house, and said that his parents said he can take my xbox cause im 15 and i play video games, so i should get a life.

What kind of knife it was is utterly irrelevant and so what if he's annoying most 8yr olds are just tell him to fuck off or something.The fact remains that the kid is half your age and you attacked and injured him over something ridiculously petty and you don't seem to see anything wrong with that?Seriously mate you need to take a long hard look at yourself

That last line about the Hobbit not being out first...where I live there are plenty of book stores. Last I checked, you have the Hobbit, LOTR, and the Similarion (if you're lucky) on the fantasy aisle. Right across from Hairy Potter.
That was INCREDIBLY painful to read. Not even as a Tolkein fan, but as someone who appreciates a little bit of intelligence/research put into comments (specifically when trying to call something a rip-off)

I remember hearing an NPR quote where they refereed to the black people on a British soccer team as African American.
