If she liked Conviction but found the other Splinter Cells too slow, you could try getting her to play The Bourne Legacy, Goldeneye, and Alpha Protocol.

Stop bitching about Alpha Protocol please.
Actually I never thought about those games...ironically I have all of them save Goldeneye (Goldeneye is so obvious she is a james bond fan too) I think I might suggest those ones.

To everyone: Thank you all so much I've got lots of games to suggest to her. We may very well have another join our ranks soon :)
No problem buddy :)
If you don't have Goldeneye, well first of all, PICK UP GOLDENEYE! Second of all, if she likes that sort of thing than any Bond game should do and I think you can get some of them for ridiculously cheap prices @ EB Games.

Castle Crashers is a solid recommendation. Also, in the same vein, Scott Pilgrim Vs the World, available on PSN is a blast. You can download the demo and try it out, if you like it, it only costs $10 :)

Uncharted, Splinter Cell, LBP. I guess her tastes are third person shooters?
Uh try, Ratchet and Clank (it's technically a plat former but the main focus is on weapons).

Now for one that's split screen ... Ooh wait does she like any fighting games?
I don't think she is into fighting games, I am not too picky myself I am just lost for ideas as to what she might be interested in, but the idea of third person shooters is pretty accurate.
No she hasn't but that might actually not be a bad idea.

Has she ever tried Grand Theft Auto?

I know she didn't like the wii that much but if neither of you have tried too many RPG games the Tales of Symphonia series (there are 2 games) of which the first one is the better and you can play co-op (battles, only one runs around but you can solve the puzzles together). I've played the first one 3 times, once alone, once with 1+ friend and once 4 player co-op which was great fun ^^.
Damn ninjas! Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World and Tales of Vesperia are great games. Sadly all Tales games are in low print so you might have problems getting them, especially Tales of Symphonia.

Ebay my friend, ebay.
I've bought several copies for my friends from there with the price varying from £10 - £30 (both Tales of Symphonia games) the cheaper fo course the older (and better) while the newer for a bit more money, also worth the money thou. A friend got Vesperia, never played it but it seemed good when i followed up a bit on one of his sessions.

Really? Was it PAL or NTSC? My friend ended up getting a German version. I guess he had bad luck. Anyway I think I still got a functioning copy once I get it back from this guy who borrows my GameCube...

PAL, I am always very careful when buying games but often there's a picture involved and in one of the down corners you can easily see the PAL text. Also read all the info the seller has put there, that takes away all the uncertainties and then I have also a few times e-mailed the seller for more info and often I get an answer in max 2 days. If you're looking for the game then good luck with your hunt!

Yeah, I've learned my lesson about not reading all the details on an item... Ended up with something completely different once. I'll find it, thanks :).

I'd get her a pokemon game if she wants someting for her self, Dynasty warriors if you want co-op and a decent but small RPG like Kingdom Hearts
