50 Cent: blood on the Sand - I loved it. I won't lie. The game plays pretty much like a clone of Army of Two but less cover system, more being a bullet sponge because you're 50 Cent. The entire plot is laughable and you'll definitely have a good time with a poor story and decent controls that make the game playable.

Earth Defense Force 2017 - I don't know what I can say about this that hasn't already been said. You shoot giant ants in robots. So cheesy but sooooooo goooooooood!

Too Human- You're Baldr, the Norse God of badass, come back to life to avenge your death against the traitorous Hodr! Terrible camera + ludicrous difficulty makes this game a keeper in the trash department.

Lord of the Rings: The Third Age - JRPG styled WRPG. Good turn-based system and I can't really complain about the gameplay too much because it's really solid. However, if you like LotR at all you'll marvel at how it just rapes cannon so badly. Gandalf fighting the Balrog 1v1? Nope! Berethor the almighty clearly kicks that punk ass monster's ass to the moon! Very fun play.

Also: the dwarf gets a helmet with a beard guard. A BEARD GUARD!!!

Anything in the Postal series.

It is funnily bad, like the comedy is SO bad it is funny. The gameplay sucks that it is funny. The STORY sucks it is comedy.

So if you want bad comedy in the whole game that is the series you want.

Limbo of the Lost

Not so much for it's bad gameplay (because gameplay is almost non-existent), but for all the blatant forms of plagiarism and copyright infringement this game was caught with. It becomes more of a game of I-Spy: I-spy, with my little eye, some stolen textures from the Elder Scrolls: Oblivion game.
I really want to play Limbo of the Lost (I too am a connoiseur of awful games), but finding a copy is nearly impossible.

So anyways, I second Limbo of the Lost.
The ending will blow you away.

Cyberia... the game is awful. It's an old game, is ass ulgy, and you can die in hilarious ways (and almost all of them are completely unavoidable in your first run through).

You know the way people praise Dark Souls for bringing back the old grind system of learning by dieing? Yeah... this game did that in the worst possible way by offering absolutely no warning that you are about to fuck up in some way. The game just outright kills you for turning in the wrong direction, interacting with random details or just general exploration.

It has shitty game mechanics, a fucking awful story, infuriating action sequences, looks like ass, sounds like ass, is full of completely arbitrary solutions to stupid fucking problems. It was a bad game in its day, and age has not improved it any.

This is possibly the worst game ever, but whats worse, it's not even notable... this game is never mentioned anywhere in worst game ever lists. The guys at gameinformer are doing a super replay of this game and the Tim Turi, the guy at the helm, says its the worst thing he has ever played... and he only seems to get the bad games to replay (see Overblood, Overblood 2 and Galerians)

If you are particularly Masochistic I suggest you try the Play Station version, since it was made for PC first, then ported... BADLY... to the playstation. The action sequences were designed for mouse functionality and they didn't even try to adjust the difficulty for the D-pad usage (yes, its before analogue sticks).

If you are doing a bucket list of worst games to play before you die, this is it... and it may well kill you if you have a heart condition.

Note:If you want the worst experience possible, it must be the PlayStation version, Also don't look up any videos on it... they can completely ruin certain "events" in the game All you need to know is that its an FMV game (essentially an intereactive movie, but computer generated instead of live action). Think point and click adventures, but far less precise.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU MISTAKE THIS FOR "SYBERIA", which is a very pretty, beautiful-sounding plot-driven gem.

For actual badness, try playing "Raving Rabbids". On single-player mode.

Try You Are Empty some parts are creepy, others are boring, and some are so bad its hilarious. This part is a good example of it being so bad its funny, after fighting through a farm of giant killer chickens you find an old man that starts rambling and his eyes start tweaking out so he stumbles through a doorway and dies off camera and the whole thing is so terribly done that its like watching a really bad horror movie.
If you are interested you can play it for free using Void.

The worst one I can think of is Dungeon Lords by Dreamcatcher, although that's more of a "so bad it's broken."

Red Ninja: End of Honor
Stretch Panic
Puzzle Quest 2
Silent Hill: Homecoming
Bayonetta
Final Fantasy 7 and 13
Ragdoll Kung Fu
Sacred 2

Seriously if you haven't played Sacred 2, and reveled in its mediocrity you owe it to yourself. The saddest thing is that its map is probably 2 or 3 times as big as Oblivion, but filled with not much of anything of interest. Its so easy you can skip 90% of the game and beat it under lv20 for a trophy. And another one for only revealing 10% of the map.

The classes are somewhat interesting, but ultimately you will pretty much one shot everything with one or 2 skills. I played mage mostly and it was pretty much "use giant wall of fire aoe. It lived? Rain meteors on it. Repeat."

As a Temple Guardian it was even easier, and as a valkyrie it was easier still. I actually really liked it for about 10 hours, then much like Amalur it just never got any harder or more interesting.

Brink
It's strange how on the surface, it seems like it should be fine, but when you actually play it, it's got too much holding down the action button doing nothing for various objectives, and it gets very static due to any movement other than forward sprinting being to slow to facilitate tactical retreat.

On the surface it looks like the parkour-ey flanking routes, and choice of weapons, body types, buffs and and gadgets would make it varied and organic, but it somehow manages to get really repetitive.

For a game which is markete for it's player movement, the moving around and control of your character feels incredibly clunky, ungainly and heavy.

Sonic The Hedgehog. Yes, THAT one.

Cabela: Shadows of Katmai. This game can not be considered good. Yet I could not stop playing it for some reason.

Deadly Premonition is the predominant "so bad it's good" game. For very good reason.

Two worlds?
I described the second one to my friend as "fun in the same kind of way that hanging around with the retarded kid is fun."

I hear Ultima IX is insultingly bad, especially if you've played any Ultima games before. But even if you don't know all the continuity they got wrong, from what I've seen it is pretty terribly designed all around.
Go to www.spoonyexperiment.com and cringe in disgust as you're shown EXACTLY what's wrong with the game. Aside from bad lore, it's clunky and not even out of alpha phase. No one tested this thing. A shining example of how game devs make good games DESPITE EA instead of because of them. I love Visceral because they came out with 3 great games (and one nasty mashup of God of War and Devil May Cry that raped Renaissance literature) despite time constraints and pressure. Everything wrong with the Mass Effect series could be contributed to EA as well, and people love those games. Ultima 9 came out like it did because EA forced a strict timeline and stole budget from it to keep Ultima Online alive.

If you watch the Ultima videos on the website, keep in mind that the reviewer has a running storyline and you'll be lost if you haven't seen his earlier stuff.
Just to point out, that vid also has a bit of a "take that" towards ME3 in it, at the end, the colors are there for a reason.

But other than that, terrible games..hrn..i actually cant think of any, well Crusader Kings maybe, the first one, due to its terrible graphics, shitty interface and dear god try getting into that interface..its like..Microsoft Excel is more accessible than this! Doing your Taxes is easier than that!

Its literally just a exercise in how long you can last, or at which point you start hating it so much you love it. Cant really think of any others which are "terrible" though, at least not from the top of my head.

It hurts to see Brink mentioned on here. So much potential.... /sigh
