Well, I'll stick by my usual position on things of this matter:
1. In order to have freedom of religion we must first be free from religion.
Let me improve that:
In order to be free we must first be free from religion so we can choose our own.
2. This is one person attempting to force their factually unfounded opinions on a large group of people, which is presumably a public institution. Tell her to GTFO your school. Start an anti-'religious purification' movement or something. The way whackjobs like this win is when people who care stay silent. Fight the insanity that is so detrimental to the human race.
3. If you say that comics are a waste of time then you might as well be saying literature as a whole is a waste of time. Just because it was considered childish in the 50s-60s does not mean it is childish now. Case in point: Watchmen. Comics and manga can be incredibly serious and deal with very complex issues.
4. Occam's Razor - The simplest answer tends to be the right one. By that precept, God does not exist and therefore this person should be deemed as psychotic and given professional help.
Since there is no conclusive evidence either way, God can get out of rational discussions. The real question is whether the comics and games are "wasting souls." Since this has not been proven yet, I say your school just ignore her.
And for humanity's sake, why do religious people live by a book that advocates turning the other cheek and then turn face and run around not turning the other cheek?
