"What the..."I looked up, A small green vine slipped out of sight, as i fired up.
"David?!" I shouted, a panicky tone in my voice.
"Right, we all need to get in. I'll go last and protect from behind, We need some-one to get the front and someone with a good shot...Aileen, Thomas?" I looked around to see unsure faces and expressions. No volenteers(?)?

"There have been rumors of a cure to this T-Virus. According to various sources, there's an underground research facility located north of Raccoon City." Ryan said, trying to sound reassuring. "If I can get to an Umbrella Corp. computer, I can download coordinates to my laptop and use GPS to guide us there. As for the Captain.....I suggest you guys find a way to make him sleep...just in case he is infected. The lower his heart rate, the slower the virus will spread. This will give us enough time to find the location of that facility." Ryan said.
"Yeah. Thats a good idea. Nathalie do you have anymore of that stuff you injected into that crazy naked guy to make him stay unconscious?" Eryn looked at the vent and regretted finding it. If she hadn't then David wouldn't have been bitten and the whole situation would've been avoided. The only chance to help David was to go to the lab. Hopefully the cure would be there.
"Didn't we get a keycard for the labs? Who took that anyway?" I was worried, David had been my glue, he and Eryn were the only reason I hadn't gone insane, they reassured me all the way.
"Alright everyone, take these!" I fumbled around in my pockets and some items on the floor.
"If we're going into the labs, we're gonna need to go in on a full stomach, being hungry or thirsty will slow your reaction time!" I picked up an energy bar and bit into it, then I opened a can of red bull and downed it in one.
"LET'S GO!"
"Alright everyone, take these!" I fumbled around in my pockets and some items on the floor.

I finished a can of energy drink and crushed it beneath my foot.
"Raaaa!" I roared and laughed. David going had made us all feel slightly lost and vulnerable. I was the one of the higher ranked soldiers so it was all on me. I wasn't nervous as such, just lost and didn't know wether to find my captain or get the anti-virus and finish the job...
I was cut off by a scratch and a roar. I spun around and saw what had taken David away emerge from the vent. The shelled over creatures had pincers and were dribbling some kind of acid.
"Engage in fire!" I screamed and shot at the oncoming monsters.
"Raaaa!" I roared and laughed. David going had made us all feel slightly lost and vulnerable. I was the one of the higher ranked soldiers so it was all on me. I wasn't nervous as such, just lost and didn't know wether to find my captain or get the anti-virus and finish the job...

Aileen drew her sniper rifle and crossed to the back of the room, crouching and firing, taking out one of the creatures.
"Woah...wait a second...why can't I hear anything?" I looked around the room and saw nothing moving other than the squad.
"Guys, everybody this way." I pointed towards a sign which read: 'Experimental Facility'
"If we're going to find a cure, we should head that way." Without waiting for a response from the team, I raced in, looking to find an antidote to cure my friend.

Eryn asked me if i still have sedative with me.
"yes Eryn, i still have it, but i dont want to use it. Thoses bugs are nothing i've seen so far, and since the monster tried to drag david somewhere else, that might indicate that they do not transform their prey by bitting. So we will just tied David, and do not drugged him yet."
i've took one of the rations, and ate it. I was monitoring david's condition. So far he didnt changed into anything, but he wasnt back to his normal state either.

ehm, last time we tried to enter the vents, we have done so because we were trap in a fire bunker with zombies at every exit. so from where did that door come from ?
Don't go ou of the lab complex. As soon as I am cured we will go on the surface. David is still unconcious. I will post when I have more time. Just find a cure, I will be back soon. Though not as you suspected...

"You reckon this could be it? I've got a lucky feeling, but I don't want to take any chances by injecting a virus...you guys find a zombie and restrain it, bring it back here, I need to test this!" I screamed at my team, they hadn't done anything wrong, but David's recovery was vital at this point.

"I dont know about injecting that stuff into the the commander or a zombie for that matter it could make kill the commander or turn him into somthing worse than just a zombie, and a zombie... well that could change it into somthing a lot worse" Ray thought to himself about there options and said "Well im down with rangling a zombie but im not gona be the one injecting it ill be pointing my Nitro at its skull untill im convinced that the zombie isnt gona turn into a freaking tyrant".
"I understand your concern, but right now the most important thing is testing this vial. Tell you what, OK guys, here is the plan, you go wrangle a zombie, bring it here ALIVE. While you're out doing that, I need some of you to check these desks for a process report on vial '1531'. Tell me what you find when you read it, everybody stay in touch, and don't go anywhere alone. Godspeed."
I was asking a lot, but I'd risk everything for David, all of the times we've been in the field before, he's looked after me, now it was my turn to repay the favour.
