This is a big mess. DO NOT kill the monster with the Apache. In fact, I'd prefer it if you edited your post so that it does'nt exist. Failing that, please make it EMP'd. Failing that, kill the monster then run out of missiles. Failng that, the monster will get nuked.
I stared at the monster as it raced towards us, the whirring of the blades seemed somewhat reminiscent of when we first landed. Eryn was running, trying to distract the creature. I looked at the Apache. It began to fire it's missles...

The missles pounded into the creature, blowing out chunks of it's flesh every time one exploded. The once mighty monster had been reduced to mere cubes of meat. I looked at the bloody paste on the floor.
"Woohoo!" I screamed.
"We're never gonna see that ***** again." I laughed at the corpse, we were free from the horror.
Eryn was running as fast as she could. The missles had finally made contact with the monster sending parts of its flesh in different directions. She slowed down and hunched over. Tired from running for so long.
I couldn't res it myself as my part in the story is nearly over. I only have 1 post left to do. The EMP has worn off now. You're free. If this finishes, there will be a sequel.

I pulled the vent off the wall and pulled myself in. We're free David. I grunted and carried on through the ventilation system. I kicked open the exit and dropped down into an empty room. The walls were lined with computers and monitors. I saw the others on the runway, examining a helicopter. If I'd had more time I would have gotten them, as it was, I could kill them but get taken down by the nuke afterwards. And I figured their would be other times... I looked at the room's only door, it had the notice "Subway System" written across it. I pulled the handle and stepped onto the empty station, deep, deep underground. I looked around, I was comletely alone. I thought about the day before. The beetle that had changed me. Dmitri and Covington. I sighed, feeling for a moment, a touch of regret and sadness. I thought of Thomas, Eryn, Rick, Dylan, Kyle and Rico(Sorry if I've missed anyone.). We'd been through a lot together, Thomas and I went way back, so did Covington and I. I had lost a lot of friends today, and gained none. Why are you thinking these thoughts David? I didn't know, I was showing weakness. In about two and a half hours this city would get nuked of the face of the earth. It's terrible secret destroyed in the blink of an eye. I stepped onto the train. The Umbrella logo was stitched onto every possible place. On chairs, above windows and doors. I walked to the control room. I guessed the lever saying "go" on it was what needed to be pulled. I pulled. The engine started and the train began to pull away. I sat in the drivers seat and looked ahead into the tunnel. For normal people it would be pitch black but I could see 30 metres in front. I stared out the window as the train rattled down the track. I wondered where the train line would end, probably somewhere within the Arklay Mountains.
Goodbye Raccoon City, Goodbye assorted members and survivors of Squad A and B.
I took a deep breath and thought of the future, of what I would do.
The train rumbled on.

This is my last character post in the RP and also the official ending. If you would like to describe escaping on the helicopter, you may. But it won't matter if you don't, you still escaped. If possible, bookmark or remember your characters, you may use them in the sequel.
Once again, thankyou everyone. This has been a thouroughly enjoyable experience, made all the better by you. The players.
Eryn laid on the ground for a few minutes. The others around her sighing in relief. She stumbled to get up but stood up straight and looked towards the sky. The last surviving members all gathered around the helicopter. Each taking their time to enter. Eryn was one of the last people to enter. She sat down and looked out the window. The city slowly disappearing from the field of vision. She was still infected, she would always be infected. She closed her eyes and rested her head on Thomas' shoulder.
"Finally... Its all over."

We got into the helicopter and took off...the stress was relieved. Eryn sat next to me and rested her head. We were all exhausted. I had no idea where David had gone, but at the time, I didn't care...we were getting away from that hell-hole. We got far away enough to be un-effected by the explosion. The city was being torn apart by fire and shockwaves...but we had survived. I didn't know whether anyone was still human in that city, but it didn't matter now, they were dead. Nobody spoke much, it was too stressful to think about what had happened over the past hours. I sat deep in thought, staring out of the window.
"Well David, if you're out there still...I'm going to bring you back, I promise."
I strapped myself into my seat on the chopper. It was over. The nightmare was over. I could almost cry. Instead I just turned to rico and smiled, then looked out into the open air of the sky and laughed at the top of my voice. We had been flying for at least half an hour out of raccoon city when the air itself seemed to explode. Everything went white for a second and the helicopter made a slight twist, but in about two seconds it was fine again. I looked backwards and saw a mushroom nuke cloud steadily growing larger. "Holy Sh^t, what about the survivors?" I said, but then forgot about it and smiled nonstop for the rest of the flight.

I watched everyone hop aboard the helicopter. They all looked solemn yet happy. I didn't know how to feel. Should I be happy i'm leaving this place. Or regret that I couldn't save enough people. I didn't know. All I knew, was that I was going home, and some of my friends weren't. I guess I should be happy. In truth, I wanted to jump out of the helicopter. Feel my body blissfully fall until I felt nothing.
I looked at Thomas and Eryn, Eryn was resting her head on his shoulder. I gave Thomas the thumbs up, and stared out at the moon, and slowly drifted to sleep...I slept right through the white light that was the nuclear explosion, not a care in the world.

I jumped into the helicopter and it flared up, rised and began to fly. This was it.
"I'm goin' home ma!" I said in a hillbilly voice and smiled. It was over and David was dead!
I looked out the side of the chopper as we took off, I was dead tired, I had a broken leg, it felt like I had a permanate concussion, but I was alive and leaving this acursed hell hole. "Good bye and good ridance, after what I've seen, this is hell." I passed out as we began to lift off.
