I mean, if I were picky I'd say four weeks. But I'm not. Math can bite the bullet for the sake of my analogy.

YEEEEEES! A STATUS UPDATE!NewClassic said:Snip.
Yeah, as much as I like Danzorz, if he is simply too busy to get it done then we should find other means to get this competition finished with.Lord Krunk said:Hmm, if the reviewers are taking this long to review our reviews, I think it's time we got some new ones.
Nuke, I know this isn't your fault, but maybe you should just use what you have to get this over and done with. As much as I like feedback, waiting this long isn't that appealing.
Huh. Was I that optimistic a week ago?scotth266 said:YEEEEEES! A STATUS UPDATE!
Seriously, this is exactly what I wanted. Now we can retain interest!
That's being a little mean, innit? Sure, this one has taken a long time, but maybe it'll get wrapped up soon?Say Anything said:This topic still exists?
Well, I haven't found a hell of a lot to come back to here, but in the past month or so I've been seeing if we could get any results at all. It's really not that important, but if taking ten seconds to badger whatever reviewer can't find his lazy ass five minutes of spare time will get the job done any faster (at all), then I guess I'll take that opportunity.scotth266 said:That's being a little mean, innit? You pretty much summarised why I haven't written my Halo 3 review yet. After 6 months. I found my self wanting to review other stuff instead, but my neat freak tendencies insist that I complete the trilogy before I do.Say Anything said:If from May 18th to June 29th you didn't have an hour of "free time", kill yourself, because your life is horrible. If (as I suspect) you've had a few moments where you could either look at reviews for thirty minutes or shoot up some Zombie Nazis for thirty, and you chose to cap some undead, there's no excuse. I'm all for having a good time, but the internet is serious business, and if you sign up for a job for this competition then you need to honor that decision. I don't volunteer to be in the bomb squad and then skip a day because I'm tired, and likewise, I don't volunteer to be in the bomb squad when I know that I'm going to be in Paris for three months.

Jeez man. Sorry for your loss. Disregard that then.Danzorz said:Sorry, I had exams until two weeks ago, then my great uncle died.

I am a single entry away from having all of the scores compiled. As soon as I hear back on it, it'll be released and we can all move on. I'd love to have a single finger to point, but it's really been a lot of stuff that has delayed this process. I know several folks have been at fault, myself especially.mjhhiv said:Any news here?
Yet to be decided. Once this War wraps up, there will be a brief intermission... and then the next one will begin.crazyhaircut94 said:When is the next competish? Didn't know about this thing until now, and I have done a number of reviews, consisting of at least one decent.
Good to know. One question, may I use reviews I've previously published on The Escapist? Just want to make sure. Otherwise I'll just have to write some new ones and, you know, not publish them.scotth266 said:Yet to be decided. That's how it worked last time at least.
