Interesting concept, it is a shame I am horribly lazy and turn what could be a 30 minute review into 3 sentences

It's actually for something I've written about before, but I feel it's worth expanding on a couple of my points...

Normally I'd say no, but given there are so many competitors, as long as it's in before the judging deadline, I'll accept it.

Ack! New word limit! I've always struggled with those in writing assignments for uni. Fair enough though with the extra competitors. Luckily I haven't started yet...

Heya, I've thought of a question I think everyone should know about. Are things like headings and such included in the word limit? Because I have a feeling I'm going to go very close (what am I saying, I'm going to go over and then desperately try to edit it back) so anything I can cut off the word limit is great.

Hmm... good question. I'm going to go ahead and say they don't count, since a review would pretty much have the same content with or without them.

Ok, I think I finished a review. It's my first go at writing anything with a passion, it took me two days and a lot of restart, but in the end I think I did a very nice first try.
So - how do I give the review and who am I supposed to give it to?
