I'd go back to gaming on the PS1 before I'd touch the i-PS4.Mornelithe said:If Apple acquires Sony, it's the last time I'll ever own a Sony item. Ever. I'd go back to PC gaming solely. Apple is by far, one of the worst tech companies out there.

I was selfishly thinking of my own pocket, I like to think I might be able to afford the next Playstation (whenever that comes out).thebridgetroll said:apple products cost shitloads more than the competition, but they are the most popular, and seen as better quality products. if playstation products get the unique advertising and design that apple products have, they will sell like anything regardless of the price.cainstwin said:As much as I love my PS3 I would throw it in the nearest bin if Apple bought it. Sony made a loss on every PS3 sold at release and it was still expensive, could you imagine how much it would cost with apples philosophy behind it?thebridgetroll said:i'd love to see it happen, because the xbox 360 would have no chance with apple and sony teaming up against it.
They do lack fun but fun at the cost of the games becoming about 80 pounds per game as Apple charge stupid amounts where I live. I don't think that's worth it.theriddlen said:I think that EA may be the target. Fun is what Mac's are lacking, and this is the opportunity to add it.
And it would be not the first rumor of apple wanting to buy it.
Haha, I'm sorry, what? Disney is one of the top 6 entertainment companies in the world. Apple is a petulant, greedy child in comparison to Disney's massive, virulent mountain man.NameIsRobertPaulson said:Also rumored to buy Facebook and Disney. The first one who make it so you can only access FaceBook on macs. Push.
The second one makes every Disney/Pixar character for the rest of time a anthromorphic iPod. SHIT. SHIT. SHIIIIIIIIIIIT!

Soon people will have to jailbreak their lives in order to get away from Apples influence.
OT: No, get away Apple! I don't want to see that symbol on any of the games I want.
Are you kidding me? The Walt Disney corporation is literally one of the most powerful companies in the world. I'd put about as much stock into Apple being able to buy out the Disney corporation as, say, Apple buying out Microsoft. It won't happen any time soon.Eclectic Dreck said:Disney - Generally successful animation studio. Home to Pixar, another product of Steve Jobs (a company that has not ever made anything save hit movies). Owns significant assets related to the production of films and other entertainment products. Generally represents an extension of Apple's capabilities more directly into the entertainment space. Significant real estate holdings with several lucrative properties including Disney World/Land.
I know I feel it aswell, like a looming cloud kinda feeling. I dont like it.Wayward Man said:Your life, permitted and sponsored by Apple.
I can't help feeling nervous at the idea of large corporations growing larger.
