The end of Waltz with Bashir, the moment where the cartoon ends and you are suddenly immersed in the reality of the situation that has unfolded. The transition between the stylised animation and the aftermath of such death ambushes you; your reaction is unguarded and true to yourself.

I had stopped caring by this point. Yes, it's vicious, but Anakin stopped behaving like any kind of human being. The story and Hayden Christiansen's inherent crippling disabilities (as a bridge between II-IV & as an actor respectively) combine to make a film devoid of emotion. Then again, it's Star Wars so, aside from the original three being mildly entertaining, it has no real value as a ripping good yarn.
