The biggist problem with acta is that they kept it a big secret and doesn't tell anyone (even though trade agreements can overwrite the constitution) and then, 2 years later, when we find out, they're like "it was to be efficient" and we're supposed to believe them.

Pedophilia and child porn existed before the Internet, and they would still exist even if we completely shut it down.
