@WarP: I don't own any consoles, only because I can't afford them.

And what do you mean, 'hate to be that guy'? I have nothing against consoles, nor the people who use them for their primary source of video-game entertainment. It's just that most of the Escapist community is prejudiced against them, believing the PC to be the better platform. I don't believe any one of the three major players (PC, 360 or PS3) is better than the others, and I'm well aware that that puts me in a particularly small minority here on the Escapist.

I just wish more people would see things the way I do. =/

hurry up though, i'm good but i've had a gas lamp on all night and the gas is all in my lungs. yeah, i can breathe fire, but i still need someone to hold the torch while i give myself staika's lungs.

@staika: Especially people I've never met! ... Or people I have met! ... I'm not cutting my hair!

@CA: Ah, my mistake. I just never had too much luck with PC gaming [small](aside from Minecraft )[/small], so I feel as if I never give it that much of a chance to judge or say which is the better console. I don't think any form of gaming is superior or inferior. But I've always had luck with console.

Of course, I use a Mac, so that might affect my judgements. <_<

Also, I think everyone wishes that more people think the way they do. It's just the way this weird world works. :/

@WarP: Ahh... that makes sense. I'm the opposite, really: my (limited) experience with console gaming has just been a complete and total mess. Two thumbsticks always confuses me, as I can never remember which one controls which part of the player's movement.

A keyboard and mouse just feels more natural to me, though that may change if I get more experience playing a game on console.

And for the record, my Minecraft experiences haven't been that great. If I play multiplayer, no matter what machine I use, it's always insanely lag-filled, often disconnecting me or spawning me inside solid walls.

@CA: Ah, the dual thumbsticks. The true hurdle for any starting console gamer. While I am primarily a console gamer, the keyboard and mouse does feel pretty nice. But nothing beats the controller. To me, at least.

And at least you had a chance to play Minecraft with multiplayer. No one wants to play with me. And if they do, they don't have the proper server.

@Sky14kemea It was Dragonball Z i think. Near the time I stopped watching around Kid Boo i'm pretty sure.

In other news I've sorta worn out Skyrim already. Bad fps is mostly to blame though as i've been putting off playing it and now lost interest altogether

Fixed the problem though after a few dozen different attempts xD

@bealz: Man I got skyrim on launch day and I literally only played it for about two weeks. I haven't touched it since..... Strangely the only game I've ever been able to play a lot and not get bored of is NBA 2K12, I have more hrs in that than I do in skyrim
