That's the first thing I thought of... kind of a cute nickname. It may haunt her later life in glorious Siberia.

@DCJf

I gotta be honest, I was pretty sure it was gonna be me considering vulcan comerade extolling the virtues of the 'most logical option' over here.

@CaraFrap

Yeah I refuse to feel bad about making that joke after two pages explaining in distributing detail why my ass should be on the block :|

@CaraFrap

Yes, that is approximately the extent of evidence against me. I can't be too snarky though, apparently the only people who bought it and pledged allegiance to my death must have been the ones talking about it in thread. I figured I was en route to having my organs sucked out using the diesel fuel pump judging by the volume of discourse.

Hmm so wait who voted for Dirty aside from me? You, Roy? I saw a lot of people say who they didn't vote for...

I think it'd be useful for people to mention who they voted for here. It could be enlightening for the next trial.

@snekadid: Oh well speak of the Devil- there's my proof right there. Killer & Lawyer went for the guy who was called out in public by two other people. Which is why I am highly against bandwagons. Good going guys, making it easy for the Killer & Lawyer to execute us with your mouths blabbing out who you're going to execute. :/
If we don't coordinate then the killer and lawyer have the most power and we then lack the ability to share possible information

I think the release of all the votes may be a bit rough on the killer here... See now we can try to weed out who voted for who. Someone will lie to not be implicated in the death of Dirty and then some other votes won't add up.

BUT! Since the information has been released anyways we should use it by seeing how people's stories add up. Literally add up mwahahaha

I did indeed, as a parting jibe. Like I said, this commie thought he was cooked, so I shot a last shot at DCJf. I figured the vote breakdown would look like "20 votes for Roy, 1 vote for DCJf". I waffled between him and Gritch, although it looks like he would have died anyway.

So I think it's be good to figure out who the other two are by everyone admitting their votes. Though I guess if I'm wrong about the other two being the lawyer and killer that may lead to our inevitable deaths which would be a bit embarrassing but I'm willing to risk it!

@Secondhand Revenant: Since you're the only one who's trying to make ideas on catching the Killer, i'll help by telling you whom I voted for. Would do a screenshot and show you, but those tend to be proven fake anyhow so you're going to have to take my word for it. The person I voted for was kingofkumquats for a few reasons:

1. Has hardly posted at all this entire Round when he's usually more active.
2. Usually reacts when someone dies. But after someone was murdered, is still remaining silent.
3. Don't have much else to lean onto, so i'm just voting for the unactive people.

There are a few others in mind that I should vote for but only when I see that kingofkumquats is innocent / proven innocent.
The beauty of it is if everyone responds trust isn't necessary. If someone lies the votes won't add up and our pool of suspected liars would be 4 at most.

@Secondhand Revenant: True, but that's only if everyone (except for the dead) admit to voting. If a handful don't admit to whom they've voted for, than .. well, it'll throw off our list of suspects. I'm counting on the Spy to save the day for us really.
True, but then suspicion lands on them. It would be very not optimal to answer once most people do, I think

We also have two who said they voted for EvilRoy earlier. Fat Hippo and Demagogue IIRC?

Everyone forgets about me... I stated that I was voting for EvilRoyComrade(?) here [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/362.881148-Serial-Killer-Round-70-Soviet-Submarine-Slaughter?page=9#22217430] and FatHippoComrade threw his support behind me here [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/362.881148-Serial-Killer-Round-70-Soviet-Submarine-Slaughter?page=9#22217992]. I voted for EvilRoyComrade(?) and assuming FatHippoComrade was telling the truth that accounts for all of the votes for EvilRoyComrade(?).

I stand by my vote too. It definitely looks like the Killer/Lawyer joined the bandwagon and voted for DCJComrade but there were also two people who explicitly stated they were voting for EvilRoyComrade(?). If EvilRoyComrade(?) was innocent he seemed a safer choice for the Killer/Lawyer to throw their votes at. He already had two confirmed votes against him with the addition of the Killer/Lawyer vote he was a sure execution. And by doing so you now throw suspicion onto everyone who accused him or agreed - which would've included DCJComrade, FatHippoComrade, and myself. People were already REALLY suspicious of DCJComrade. He definitely would've gotten executed next cycle if EvilRoyComrade(?) turned out to be innocent. As a choice of target EvilRoyComrade(?) would've been much more beneficial for the Killer.

I assume EvilRoyComrade(?) wasn't executed because he's the Killer/Lawyer. That or the Killer didn't read my posts which seems to be pretty common.

tldr;

Looking back I confused you and Demagogue for some reason. Dema didn't declare unless we take him saying he'd vote for Crimson for the rest of the game seriously.

@Gritch

Wait so first I'm definitely the killer/lawyer/badguy because my schedule roughly lines up with what you presume to be the killers based on roughly nothing, and now I'm definitely the killer/lawyer/anticomrade because people didn't agree with you and vote to kill me last round. Am I wearing a pointy hat over here? I thought we reserved trial by drowning for witches -_-

The votes for EvilRoy do indeed tally up. Right now I'm eyeing him and kingofkumquats, in any case. And yeah, it's a witch hunt, but what do you want us to do? Spy has stayed silent, so the first question probably misfired, in which case we just hope he survives until cycle 3 and gets luckier that time.

Of far more pressing concern however: who the bloody hell voted for me? I'm innocent as hell, you ingrates, leave me alone. Whoever voted for me is getting trampled into the river bed of the nile volga as soon I get out of this submarine.

@gritch: there there... it's okay I knew it was you that voted for Evil. :D

@Frappe: I was going to go off in some long tirade about your bandwagon nonsense again, but gritch did it much nicer than I would have so I'll just leave it be. I will however point out that FIVE people were targets for tubing this cycle, depending on how the Killer/Lawyer voted, yourself being one of them.

@gritch: I agree with your logic (although not your initial logic for voting cycle 1) if the killer/lawyer wanted a guaranteed kill cycle one, they would have off-ed EvilRoy... and the fact that he is still alive is an issue.

I think it's case of either EvilRoy/Frappe (with Frappe as the killer, Roy as the Lawyer) or EvilRoy/Crimson (with either, being either).

Either way, common denominator is EvilRoy, unless we get some info to prove otherwise

I was the lone vote for Aero, so I'm willing to abandon my first reaction last round and vote for someone else this time. Like everyone, I just picked an inactive person that usually is more active.

And someone voted for me? Dema! Did you try to get me killed? -_-

Aw no, are we doing this again?

...Well, as long as the Spy stays silent, we don't have that much to go on. I'll continue to follow my gut instinct in any case.

Since we're being honest here.
I'm one of the ones who voted for Caramel Frappe.
From the roll of a D20 is how I decided. No, really. I'll just make a list of the most suspect people, depending on what they've done in previous rounds I've participated in and how they conduct themselves in the current round I might assign them more numbers on the die. At which point I continue to vote for them until one of us dies, like a bloodhound chasing a fox. A robot fox.

So, who voted for me, I wonder.
You have my word I won't vote for you if you come out and tell me. I've already stated that Caramel is my prey this round.

On a completely unrelated note. Did anyone know that the Wing Commander movie is on Netflix?!

So the currently theory is that DCJ got killed because two people publically announced they were going to vote for him, so lets see where the other 'popular' votes came from.

Frappe: Myself (because I know how I voted), and someone (My guess is Arma, because well it is Arma) although, Dying_Jester [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/jump/362.881148.22220322]

EvilRoy: FPLOON? DCJ: FPLOON? KoK: Frappe [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/jump/362.881148.22222967]

Jag: ????

@FPLOON was also implicated in the vote against Arma too... apparently he's means of hidding his vote is to threaten everyone... Well done Sir/Madame.

@Crysan: No... I need you to feed me info.

That was going forward, and even that has changed... Roy living through round 1 with it being stated loud and clear that people where going after him is too big a red flag to miss. People only semi serious stated going after DCJ, Roy was the better target killer wise.
