The facts were these: Campy, colourful, creative; ridiculous yet exciting murder of the weeks and a hilarious love story that came across both as woefully tragic and beautifully sweet at the same time.
Jiminy Crispies! I think i'm just a little bit in love with you :D

Any PC version of CoD after Modern Warfare 1. Gutting mod support/servers and 'not balanced for leaning.'
BF3. I'd be unfazed by any of the changes they made if they just kept mod support so the people who made BF2 better for them could do the same.
I don't understand what is going on. Forum topic just changed between writing the post and doing the captcha dealie.
I really can't think of anything now other than Firefly.

Half Life, I'm amazed no one else has said that yet. What kind of ending for the series was Ep. 2?
...
Kidding (please don't kill me)

Stargate Universe immediately takes top honors for me. Firefly was so well wrapped up by Serenity I don't feel as bad about it, in a lot of ways I actually liked it more then the show itself. SGU on the other hand, the last episode is fantastic as an ambiguous ending but that still doesn't change the fact that it's a massive cliffhanger. I want to find out what the signal is damn it!

It's a shame Dollhouse couldn't have hung around longer but like with Firefly at least it got a good conclusion.

Other noteworthy things include SW: Battlefront, Enslaved (probably), Better Off Ted, and potentially Torchwood since no one seems to know what's going on there.

Oh, and Silent Hill. I mean, the last game came out in 2004, you think they would have tried to make another one by now. Could you imagine how great a Silent Hill game on current-gen hardware would be, there's no way that could go wrong... right? ...Right?

Well, considering others have already been said, I will just go with another.

Kid friendly, buddy-buddy cop drama...in really big midde school. School Principal instead of a mayor, Car theft replaced with bike theft, slingshots instead of guns, smuggling spices instead of drugs, Beatdowns instead of murder, indefenate detention instead of life in prison, and so on. (but strangly enough, "no rebel groups" against the authority) Here is an episode to show what I mean.

am I the only person who wants my name is earl back?
Definately not (see post 53 :) ) the way they ended it was soooo bad. Clearly everyone thought the show was coming back....and now that pretty much everyone is unemployed again seems like a great time for a comeback :)

The Unusuals. Look it up.

In short, it's a cop/detective show about the 2nd Precinct in New York City where everyone has a quirk and they deal with strange cases. One guy is paranoid about death because all the men in his family died from something at the age of 40. So he goes around wearing a bullet proof vest, uses anti bacterial soap and pads the corners of his desk.
Yeah, this show was great. It's nice seeing characterization in a cop show beyond the norm, even if it's just that they're all nuts.

Arrested Development. That was brilliant, and for the entirety of its run, never got any less brilliant. I was so glad to hear that they're bringing it back!

Also, Better off Ted.

Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles. 22 minutes of pure bug killing fun that was unfortunately never finished.

Also Reboot. When I learned they never made any more episodes after that one cliffhanger...twas a sad day indeed.

Only one Invader Zim!?
SORELY DISSAPOINTED IN ALL OF YOU.
Invader ZIM, a little duh.
There is another show that is so old I can't even remember the name; I think it was Pet Alien or something? Some show about a kid with a bunch of aliens living in his house.

Other than the obligatory ones already posted.

I wish Gargoyles and Batman Beyond had gone on for at least a few more seasons.
I dunno, Gargoyles had a pretty good run. I'll give you Batman Beyond, though. A shame they couldn't have given that one or two more seasons.

Anyway, I'm gonna go ahead and drop a gaming series. Since someone already mentioned Xenosaga, I'm gonna have to go with Chrono Trigger. Chrono Cross was great as a spin-off title, but I really wish they could have given us some true sequels to Trigger. Also, the Legacy of Kain series really should have gotten one last game to properly finish things. Granted they gave Defiance a great ending to see it off, but it'd be like if Return of the Jedi ended right before the big Death Star/Endor surface/Throne Room battle got started. All the set pieces were put in place for one final confrontation to finish-off the series... and we get nothing instead.

What shows that were prematurely cancelled? Basically half the shows from Cartoon Network. (At least here in Norwegian-land)

I mean shit, we here in Norway never got past Digimon season 2 D: *Davis, older TK and Kari ETC) You have no idea my irritation when I found out there had been more seasons going on in America .__.

A lot of the shows from Fox Kids, a channel that later was known as Jetix. I don't actually know if that channel actually still exists. Hold on... Kinda still on, named Disney XD... This can't be good .__.

Anyway, shows from there would be: Super Monkey Robot Team Hyper Force, Moville mysteries (Admit it, it was awesome) Medabots (Even though I have heard that season 2 is CRAP) Black Hole High... I can continue like this and list half the shows.

Welp, I'm off to watch some cartoons now :3

PS: Disney... Really, Sitcoms? And all these other shows... WHERE ARE ALL THE CARTOONS? D: Disney was never about reality! If Walt Disney had seen how his company fares today... I think he would have died of despair .__.

Firefly, Arrested Development, Dollhouse, Angel, and Legend of the Seeker (though in retrospect I suppose it's a good thing that it ended before Richard became John Galt.) I'm watching 24 on Netflix right now, and I have a feeling that'll have a place on this list when I finish.

Well, glad to know I'm not the only person who liked SGU around here, saw a few other people mentioning it as well.

I'll admit season one had some crappy episodes which didn't help but it got so much better for season two but by then they just lost too much in the ratings to keep it going and now Stargate as a whole is pretty much dead in the water.... D:

Lessee.. Firefly, MEGAS XLR, Samurai Jack, Symbonic Titan, The Spectacular Spider-man, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go... yes, most of these are cartoons, why do you ask?
This so much(though I haven't watched Firefly) and to add Danny Phantom, Class of 3000, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Powerpuff Girls, Storm Hawks, Mucha Lucha, League of Super Evil, Xiaolin Showdown, Jackie Chan Adventures, Static Shock, Zoids, Jimmy Neutron, Invader Zim, El Tigre, Lilo and Stitch, American Dragon, Dave the Barbarian, etc. And probably other things people have said.

So basically anything from the 90s to the 2000s before everyone wanted to do live action shows and stuff.

Also for videogames Psychonauts I loved that game it was awesome, fun, and funny and it left itself open for a sequel with the ending though I have heard Psychonauts 2 might come and I really hope it does if it can match up to the first one.
