We only become "Mature" because in the distant past we ended up dead pretty quick if we didn't.
hell, i was fine with it for the first year, then after people said "your mom said that last night" it began to grate on my nervesZamn said:Someone can't take a joke. i dont like them personally, but sometimes there hilarious (although i think "thats what she said" is sometimes funny)
i find them vulgar and insulting; nobody insults my mom like that
Also, "immature" is the worse criticism of a joke ever, most funny things are 'immature', it's just a name for the ones you don't like.
Well if it stops you getting eaten by a very large furry hunrgy thing with very large, possibly furry, teeth then most people do like it.Amanov said:I like this ideajasoncyrus said:It's because in base human emotion and mentality everyone is an immature person.

Although, after hearing that comment, I realized that that would actually be quite funny if someone simply turned to you and said "I did your mom" because of the complete and utter randomness. But, no, I see your point.UltimatheChosen said:It depends a lot on how you tell it. For instance, just randomly saying "I did your mom" isn't funny. If, on the other hand, somebody says something that can be taken the wrong way, and you adapt it into the joke, it can be amusing. It's an easy joke to get wrong, however.
If nobody can get offended by something it's automatically less funnyAmanov said:Ultimately I think "That's what she said" is always funnier than "Your Mom" jokes, plus nobody can get offended at them.
I think it depends what kind of offense they take. I have a friend whose mum died when he was young and he gets genuinely upset if someone makes a your mum joke, which is understandable. Though you do get people that have no real reason for taking offense in which case, yeah, it is funny.Zamn said:If nobody can get offended by something it's automatically less funnyAmanov said:Ultimately I think "That's what she said" is always funnier than "Your Mom" jokes, plus nobody can get offended at them.
Unless you swap "she" with *Insert girl's name here* like my buddies did once.Amanov said:Ultimately I think "That's what she said" is always funnier than "Your Mom" jokes, plus nobody can get offended at them.
Souunds like somebody took a "your mum" response a bit too seriously.Computer-Noob said:YAY you had sex with someone 30 years older than you, who lives in a totally different country and probably several hours away! And you've never met them! And you're not funny! HAHAHA!
I suppose depending on the delivery it COULD be funny, but most of the time people act like upon saying it they are superior or some crap in comparison to me.
Pffft. I can imagine.queensbomb said:Unless you swap "she" with *Insert girl's name here* like my buddies did once.Amanov said:Ultimately I think "That's what she said" is always funnier than "Your Mom" jokes, plus nobody can get offended at them.
