well on this matter i have very simple solutions, since America does have death penalty just kill the prick.

Bottom line is that kid took his parent's camera, took a nude photo of himself, connected the camera to the Xbox, uploaded the picture to the Xbox and sent the photo to the guy. It's not like he could have been "tricked" into doing it. And why are you guys saying the pedo's such scum? I mean he's obviously a little wonky in the head, but the death penalty? Really? He didn't rape the kid, he didn't hurt the kid, he gave the kid Xbox Live credits, and the kid obviously had to agree to it. It's against the law and he'll get time, but he's not evil, just sick in the head.
