Fridmund/Mizushima/Yamada:
"Right..." Eber ran a hand through his matted hair, "It must be getting close to our scheduled meeting time, besides. Let us return to Hikaru."
He turned and led the group around the corner and back to where the scene had shifted from neon checkers to the old manor. It was eerily silent, and it made the boy nervous to compare the numerous encounters of the subway tunnels to the relative few here in these new areas. The lighting conditions affected it, perhaps.
His hand touched the doorknob to turn it and there was a sound that rocked the frame of the Victorian manor, a heavy throb reminiscent of pendulum clocks upon striking the hour. It continued, accompanied by the sound of floorboards creaking outside of any discernible rhythm of feet; Eber hesitated, fearful that to open the door would mean tripping another invisible trap.
You see a man whom you do not recognize come down a flight of nonexistent stairs and round the bend and vanish. He reappears at the ceiling to make the round again, and repeat it. Similar to the first visit to the White Room, copies burst out from him, marking each step in frozen procession with a dark-haired middle-aged man in a fine suit.
".eromyna siht od t'nac I"
When he reached the bottom, rather than disappear, he split off into three directions, pacing the hallways that branched off. More and more until the room was filled with this one man.
".mih llik ot gniog m'I"
As one, the clones stopped and faced the back of the room, snapping in a blink together to be one again. He was no longer passive, but screaming defiantly at the empty wall.
"?!ENOD UOY EVAH TAHW"
When the man was suddenly ripped apart was when Eber regained his senses; he blocked Kumiko with his body to defend her from the sight of the gruesome death and wrenched open the door, shoving the three of them into the brightly colored tube and slamming it shut behind them.
"We need to get out here!"
"What's going on?!"

Ishikawa/Junsui/Yoshida:
The winged serpent is summoned to tangibility, diving into the abyss with a snarling hiss. The moment it clears the edge, however, Kojiro, you feel a pull on your body from inside your chest, lurching you forward no matter the strength of your struggling until it sucks you in right after.
Isoroku and Rin are left to ponder their next move.
Ishikawa:
When the blackness finally spits you out, you cut your hand when you put it out to brace your fall and it finds your sword. The pull is gone, though, indicating that Quetzalcoatl is once again with you. As you stand, you see that you're within what looks like a factory for... something.
"Hav--I can--Koj--ook for--"
Hikaru's voice is cut out by static.
