Kojiro looked up at Rin and nodded, then back at Isoroku, "That's right. We all had the same dream! On the same night. An d last night we all had another strange dream... It may not have been about the Velvet Room, but I guarantee to you they are connected."

He stretched his hands across the desk as he spoke, "Come on, Isoroku! You're a genius! This is no coincidence! Think about the dream, didn't you feel like there were other people there with you in the room! Maybe there were? Maybe that was us! I mean you, me, and Rin all suddenly just start hanging out together, all of experience the same weird things. This s fate!"

-----

There came a knock at the door. As if there weren't enough troubles today already. He was ready to tell the intruder to dismiss themselves as he swung open the door, but he hesitated. Standing there was a young man in tradition attire, holding a set of long spears. It was intriguing. So much so that he reached up and rubbed his beard.

It was a little long today. He did not have time to properly trim it this morning before his reckless grandson called to inform him he had severely injured himself. In fact, he had only had time to through an old, but still expensive and well kept, suit and meet his personal doctor in the parking lot of the school. he had almost forgotten his cane in all the rush. Though it was only for show, he stood perfectly strait as always. Now he stood at the door while the man tended to Takuya.

He finally stopped studying the young man at the door and spoke, "May we help you?" Grandfather Mori asked.

Isoroku found himself having a crisis of intellect. He was sure that it was impossible for them to have had the same dream. At the same time, he could fathom no way that they could have so accurately described what he'd experienced.

"Maybe..." he tried, "maybe, the night before classes started, we all watched the same television program. And then, maybe we all had dreams that..."

He frowned, realizing how far-fetched this sounded. He was at a total loss.

"I withhold judgment on this issue," he said finally. "Whatever the case, the three of us are in this together now. We're going to the... place. Tonight. We just need to settle on how we're doing it."

"Maybe I should feed you more..." he said playfully when attention was brought to him. "I have to beat him somehow. You should see this guy in action! He's insane! Like Superman or something!" Akinari then vividly described the race that took place this morning. It was like turning on the facet, the conversation just flowed out.

Kojiro nodded, he could tell Isoroku was still disbelieving, but he would work on that later.

"I think we should exchange phone numbers to start with. In case someone can't make it out, or spots teachers roaming around, we can warn each other. I mean the sneaking out part is relatively easy., or at least it was. Kum- I mean Mizushima and I got out the other night easily before they started to crack down on students going out late."

"Alright."

Isoroku waited until they all had their phones out, and then gave them both his phone number before entering both of theirs into his contacts.

"Since you've done it before, maybe we can just have you lead the way... I wonder how much they've tightened security."

Rin put her phone away after making sure she got their numbers right. "So assuming we can um sneak out, what is the plan exactly?" she looked between the two of the expectantly. She still couldn't believe she was contemplating doing something like this.

Kojiro also gave out his number. He nodded at Isoroku, "Yeah I can lead the way...but we'll need to look into finding a new way out. The front and back gates are out. I wonder if there's some where in the yard where we could climb up a tree and hop over." He rubbed the side of his face, "But then again that may take too much time.."

He crossed his arms, "Hey, during lunch after we sign up for our clubs, lets look around the dorm yards and see what ways there are we could sneak out."

Rin nodded "That makes sense." She shifted on her feet as her mind raced. She'd never considered doing something such as sneaking out before. The thought of it sent a thrill through her, but it also made her sick with worry. She knew that if they were caught it would end badly. But she needed to know if the dreams really meant anything. If Yoshida and Ishikawa had them too, she knew it couldn't just be chance. "So um we look for a good place um after lunch?"

Kojiro nodded, "Yeah. After lunch its just club rush. The entire school will be outside, so they won't noticed a couple of kids lingering around the walls. They'll just think we're social weirdos." He lowered his head, "Which...most of them...think of us already..." He sighed. God he hated this school sometimes.

Isoroku smirked. "Hey, speak for yourself. I don't know what you've heard, but I'm fairly confident that I'm universally adored. What clubs are you two signing up for, anyway?"

Eber sat back and let the boy unload every word that seemed to pop into his head, standing to the side and dribbling the soccer ball off his knees, head and shoulders. Eventually the first bell rang and he grabbed it out of the air, tucking it under one arm, "Time for class..." He scooped up his bag and tossed the ball at Akinari. "Are you coming?"

"Huh?" he blinked hard, abruptly stopping his conversation, catching the ball. Akinari nodded his head. "You bet." he added with an upbeat tone. He couldn't wait for club activity to start, but in the mean time he'd have class to at least keep his mind occupied.

He walked along side Eber to their classroom, ready to have more knowledge poured into his mind.

Yamada was more than a little surprised when he saw the older gentleman before him, but bowed to him to show respect. "I apologize for my intrusion. I am Yamada Yukimura and I wished to speak to Mori Sempai about the standing of the Sojutsu club." He hoped it was a possibility, but if Mori was feeling ill enough for others to have come for him he doubted he was going to get anywhere.

Kojiro forwned, "Universally adored, huh?" He pat the top of Isoroku's table as the bell rang. "Hey you guys, after you've found your spot and gotten into your club, meet at the kendo table...for a...'study group'? Ok?" He got up and sat in his seat. He shrugged off what Isoroku had said, it probably was easier for the other boy to fit in. But that's not what mattered right now. What mattered was getting ready for tonight.

----

Grandfather Mori turned his head to look at his son's only child. Takuya sat on the bed with a doctor by his side. He was hooked up to an IV filled with fluid, and a nurse stood over him checking his pulse. The doctor was writing something down, and seemed to be instructing Takuaya about how to take care of himself.

"Takuya," The old man said, "This young man wishes to ask you about-"

"I heard," Takuya cut off his grandfather. "And the answer is no. There is no Sojutsu club because there is no paperwork." Takuya stood up and pointed at Yamada in the doorway, "If you wanted to get some little dolts to care about your stupid idea, perhaps yous should have cared a little more yourself."

Rin returned to her seat as well. She was looking forward to a bit of time to get things figured out a bit in her head. If nothing else she needed to work through the idea of attempting to sneak out tonight. She sighed lightly and put her head on her desk. She glanced over at Ishikawa. 'I wonder how he can seem so clam about it.'

Yamada stared at him, shocked. "I understand that you're in a very bad way right now Mori Sempai, and I do hope that you recover well and soon, but I filed that paperwork the very first say it was available to me." He felt his blood boiling, but was hyper aware of both the doctor and the man who opened the door.

Takuya scoffed. "So what, are you saying I or Seiya-san made an error? I doubt that. If there is no table for you, there was no paper work period." Takuya sat down, "Now get out, Yamada-kohai. I'm busy at the moment. My Grandfather will see you out."

The older gentlemen watched the brief altercation and cleared his throat. "Pardon me young man, but did you say you were looking to start a Sojutsu club at your school? Do you have anyone interested?"

Takuya looked over at his grandfather, angry he was entertaining the idea. But of course he was, the old man loved, worthless old things.

Yamada was completely furious, but seemed to get a shred of hope at the old man's question. He chose to ignore Mori entirely in favor of his more agreeable relative. "I have a few students who have been devoted to it since we started here at Akaito, but even I admit it hasn't garnered much popularity."

Grandfather Mori nodded, "I completely understand. Most children your age have no interest in classic arts. They're more..." he looked over his shoulder, "Street brawlers like my grandson." Takuya visibly twitched and turned his head to them, but by then his grandfather was looking back at Yamada.

"Young man, I shall see the principal. We are close personal friends. I will explain to him that Takuya lost the paper-"

"I DID NOT!" Takuya shot up from the bed. The nurse and doctor attempted to hold him down, but he wouldn't have it. He stormed over to the door, screaming. "I lost nothing! I never lose anything! There is no paperwork! He CAN NOT have his club!"
