Hikaru smiled, pleased that he reacted so well, "Thank you, that's kind. I only mentioned it because... Well, if you and Yoshida-kun will be attending the meetings, I'd really appreciate your input. Especially since you have such strong feelings towards the subject. ...I hope that you'll help me along until he returns."

Isoroku began absent-mindedly looking at the various half packed-up Kendo displays.

"Clubs? Oh, I don't think so. Yamada had me really close to joining his fancy spear club, but he seemed to get turned off of the idea when I told him he was backward and compared him to a kamikaze pilot..." Isoroku chuckled softly.

"I'm vaguely considering Student Council, though."

This was not untrue. He felt joining the Student Council would be strategically an excellent decision, though he loathed the thought of having to actually attend meeting, much less do anything.

Kojiro nodded as he packed up some more equipment. "I think you cans still get in on that, you were invited after all." he lugged a few of the heavier bags onto his shoulders, "Will you grab the fold up table, Isoroku? And Rin you can take the light stuff." He turned and started to walk, once they got moving he moved on to more important things.

"So, tonight, we should definitely dress inconspicuously, and as light as possible. If we have to run from anyone, I don't want us to be memorable and I want to be fast."

He gave a nod and a small smile, that turned to a frown as he realized she'd mentioned. "Yes, well, I do hope we're able to help in some way. I'm more than happy to sit on the meetings but I don't mind doing more as well if you need assistance in lieu of Mori Sempai's suspension. If you find anything you need an extra hand with I'm more than happy to be of service."

If there were any way for him to ensure the student council not be run by another corrupt sociopath next year he was more than happy to do his part. He wanted what was best for the school and in this case for Seiya as well. He was worried she was going to overwork herself on this.

Isoroku hefted the table and followed after Kojiro, glancing to check if Rin was keeping up.

"Agreed. No student clothes, obviously-- but we don't want to look too seedy, either, of course."

He quickly glanced around to see if anyone might be listening. "By the way, about Mori... you're right, I did miss the fight. Did you see what set him off? Tell me everything."

"Mm! Thank you." Hikaru smiled brightly, nodding, "I'll be counting on you."

She went to her work as the cram session began, setting into her notes as diligently as usual.

Yamada swelled with a bit of pride at that and he found it easier to concentrate on his studies as well, not as upset about what had transpired earlier in the day. It seemed that some of the tension between them had settled too.

Rin quickly grabbed what was left and followed them. She turned to look at Yoshida as he asked his question. "I only got there at the end, so I didn't see what happened. Is this sort of behavior normal for him?"

Kojiro scoffed, "Its never happened on campus before...but there are stories. Mori's a thug, yeah, but I would never mess with him." He turned and walked backward so he could chat with the other two. "I don't know hos it started, but that German freshman picked a fight with him...I think he technically 'won', but there is no 'winning' against Mori. He'll get that kids back someway somehow."

"Mhmm. Kojiro is right that this is a first-- the thing is... well, you ask whether this kind of behavior is normal for Mori. Yes, it is. If we were all naked hunter-gatherers in the jungle, Mori would be beating the shit out of people on a daily basis. Whenever he's not trying to kill someone, that's when I think he's behaving abnormally."

Isoroku frowned and shook his head. "That came out more convoluted than I meant it to be. What I'm saying is, he's a psychopath, but normally he's got it under control. Today he lost control, and there are going to be ramifications for that. Maybe later we should question the German..."

Rin nodded. "It's hard to believe someone like that could become student president." She felt her earlier opinion of Mori was confirmed, and decided she would avoid him if at all possible. "Do you think since he was in the fight early, it might make sneaking off easier? I mean um since he was the one who warned against it, if he's in trouble he might not think to be watching." She felt anxious as she waited for one of them to reply.

Kojiro shrugged as he opened the doors to the hallway. "I think it all depends on when we leave...like as of this moment the teachers are antsy. They're very focused on the student body, so even walking around to scope out our escape points would be bad." He closed the door after the others were inside and lead them to the Kendo room. "But if we go at the right time, say late afternoon, we may be able to get out without notice...I don't want to wait until too late, because if Mori is out of the picture then teachers may do the patrol in his place."

He shook his head as he opened the door to the Kendo room, "Getting caught by them is almost as bad...just set the stuff anywhere."

Isoroku put down the table, glancing around the room. He'd certainly never seen the inside of it before.

"It sounds like you've put a lot of thought into this... maybe you should be in charge of the best time to sneak out. What about sneaking back in? Any thoughts?"

Kojiro propped the practice swords up against the wall, "You think so? Heh," He nodded. "Well sneaking back in is a bit easier. I got in last time limping and cursing. If we come back late enough all the staff is in bed. I'd say around one thirty A.M. is the best time to get back in...and to get out...We'll have to leave around seven and kill some time in town."

He turned to the others after making sure the equipment was secure, "If we wait any later, they'll be out patrolling."

Rin set the things she'd been carrying down. "That sounds good, but since we can't look for a good place to escape, where exactly are we going to sneak at it?" she brushed a bit of her hair back with her left hand as she thought. "Um how did you sneak out last time Kojiro-san?" she hoped it might be a good place to do the same tonight.

Isoroku nodded. He'd picked up a Shinai, and was now swinging it around experimentally.

"You'd better be careful that you don't upset either of us on our three-way date, Kojiro, or you'll end up getting both shins kicked in, right?"

Kojiro glared at Isoroku, "Ha Ha, very funny." He head over to the door, "We'll sneak out by the athletic fields. Meet up over there by six fifty. Ok? And out that down before you hurt yourself!"

He held the door open for his friends. Isoroku seemed to enjoy picking on him today...Kojiro would have to remember to get him back later. He waited for Rin and Isoroku to step outside before he locked up the club room door.

"Alright...we've got time before then, so if you want to get food or your homework done, better hop to it. I'm gonna out now while its still allowed and get some...provisions. Any request?"

Rin felt excitement and worry flood her system. "Nothing comes to mind Kojiro-san so whatever you get is fine." she smiled at the two to of them. "But I am curious Isoroku -san. What did you mean by he'd get both shins kicked in?"

Isoroku shrugged, re-adjusting his bag.

"Provisions, eh? Surprise me."

He quirked an eyebrow at Rin's question, and a slow grin came to his face. "You don't know? Oh, man, well, Kojiro and Miz--"

He trailed off and glanced at Kojrio, biting his lip. "Eh, Kojiro should probably fill you in. I've gotta go get a start on my homework. Maybe we can all grab some dinner or something between six-thirty and midnight."

He winked at Kojira and started off down the hallway toward the exit.

Kojiro rolled his eyes, "Its not important, Rin." He pat her on the shoulder. "Oh by the way, bring something to defend yourself...if you haven't got a weapon, that's fine. Isoroku and I will protect you, just ...bring something heavy you can bash people with, or something."

He hefted his bag over his shoulder, "I'm gonna get my work done, and grab the stuff. See you later tonight!" Kojiro turned and started off down the hall. This was going to be fun. And he'd finally get some answers.
