At lunch Kojiro gets up from his desk and heads over to his friends. Seeing Isoroku put his head down he sighed and went over to Rin. "Hey, you ok? Last night was tough..."

Takuya was annoyed. Very much so. Not only did he have to sit through the entire day to wait to go looking for his monster. But now Seiya was no where to be found.

How DARE she not come to school when she had a set task today. The only excuse for this was for her to be on her death bed. And even then, she should have someone inform him of her state if that was the case. He was enraged. And everyone in the senior class could tell.

Even the teacher could tell.

Though it was his first day back from suspension, he did nothing. He sat at his desk, arms crossed glaring angrily ahead.

How could she not come? What was more important than him? he ground his teeth. And when lunch came he promptly stood up and left. He was going to the girls dorms, and she had better be there.

He jerked at her touch and nodded disjointedly. "Yes...Yes, thank you, Mizushima-san." He appreciated her care over him even after the night before. He wasn't sure what he wanted to do about this group and about Seiya. He'd ask Mizushima about her, but he thought it best not to mention after everything that happened. He tried to offer something back. "...I'm sorry. How are you doing after... Just how are you doing?"

"Practice as left me very and a bit irritable. But I'm sure everybody feel that way, right?" She gave a friendly wink. "I know we had a bit of a disagreement, but try not to take it personally. I think everyone was thinking about what was best for the team."

He frowned and stared frowned down at the desk for a moment. "I only hope the right decision was made." His voice dropped down so only she could hear. "I've not seen Seiya-sempai. I searched for this morning." He sighed and seemed very taught, distressed, the emotion just barely breaking through him. "I'm sorry. Perhaps I'm exaggerating." He did his best not to come off as bitter.

"No, after all that, that's pretty normal to have those thoughts."

She felt a little bad for him. Sure, everyone was probably worried about Seiya, maybe not Yoshida, but everyone else. But Yamada seemed to be more effected by last night than anyone else. Kumiko was unsure of how to comfort him or make things even the slightest bit better. Unsure of how he would take it, she wrapped an arm around his shoulders, squeezed once and then became very occupied with checking the clock on the wall. "I'm sure she's okay. She seemed to know what she was doing. Don't worry yourself sick."

Rin gave a small nod. "I'm ok Kojiro. I'd be better if I'd slept a bit more ." She shifted in her seat to face him better. To be honest her night had been plagued with dreams of the tunnels.'Telling him that would only worry him though.' She dismissed the thought and gave him a tired smile. "How about you Kojiro?"

Yamada stiffened at the contact, shocked at it, but awkwardly returns it. "Thank you again, Mizushihma-san. I'll do my best."

He stayed in his seat, eager to get out as well. He needed to find Seiya. They hadn't been strong enough last night either. They had to bulk up. Many of the images hit him from their encounters. His head shook and he tried to smile, but it looked weak and somehow pained.

Kojiro sighed. "I didn't sleep. My mind couldn't rest." He leaned on her desk and shook his head. "Looks like Isoroku needed a nap too..." He chuckles.

Rin laughed lightly. "Hm perhaps you should take a nap yourself. Or did you want to talk about something?"

 

[Rosen2012]

He shakes his head. "Just checking up on my teammates." He gives a little nod. "You can get some rest if you need to...I'm still kind of running on adrenaline."

Rin considered it for a moment but shook her head. "No, I don't think I could sleep right now anyway." To be honest she was feeling distracted. The notes she had taken during class were sporadic at best.

Mori: The search at the girls' dorm bears little fruit. Fortunately there aren't many here to question your presence--not that they would stop you even if they were here. You see a small tray with a mug of one of Edogawa's concoctions outside of Seiya's door; it's cold. No one answers the door when you knock. Lunch will be over soon...

Takuya angrily kicks the mug over. 'She is going to get it. How could she skip on me! Damn insufferable woman!'

He starts to make his way back to the main building, as he does he pulls out his phone to leave her a voice mail. "Seiya! I don't know where you are, but to stand me up it had better be good!"

He hangs up and nearly shoves a freshman over on his way into the building. Everyone is just going to have to suffer for the rest of the day.

The lunch bell rings, returning the students to class.

The lectures afterward are slightly more bearable now that you've had a chance (however brief) to replenish your energy. Time ticks steadily forward until the final bell rings, releasing you from your homeroom. Given the events of last night, you feel that you should have a meeting... if you don't collapse from exhaustion first.

Hikaru never does return Mori's call. A couple of the girls in the courtyard discuss her absence with worry--it isn't like the Student Council secretary to miss a class.

Kojiro packs up his things. He wonders about calling Eber to get the crew together. Seiya never did come stomping around during lunch....He wonders why, but quickly dismisses his worry. She'll turn up eventually, he's sure of it.

He makes his way over to Isoroku and Rin to see if they are up for a meeting with the other half of their group.

As soon as class is over, Takuya makes a beeline for the faculty office. After a quick and decisive exchange with the vice principal he takes a spare key to the office with the computer that monitors the new electronic doors.

He quickly took hold of the instruction manual and skimmed it. "Time to find out how to get a new key..." Reading the book took less than thirty minutes. It would have taken less time to just have Seiya there to give him the over view, but that would have to be something he thought about later. He couldn't let his anger over her incompetence get to him now. He started through he files and key codes, watching the monitor that displayed when each code was used, and on what door.

He shook his head, mentally taking note of the students he saw coming up on the screen at that time. he would have to come back and watch them at night- but not tonight. He had to fix his key code to administrator level. No one was stopping him tonight. It would probably take some time and a bit of reworking on the system, but he knew he could do it.

He was still noticeably tired, but at the same time much more aware of his surroundings as he had been before. It felt strange, though. He was used to letting his school days go by unnoticed...it's just that he was usually doing it on purpose.

"Might as well..." Isoroku sounded oh so thrilled to be meeting with the others "...we need to go over those maps. Find another way down there." He was confident the 'there' was obvious enough without further detail.

Kojiro gave a small nod. "You're right...but let's not meet at the gym, since Yamada was seen I'm sure she'll put two and two together."

He pulled out his phone to text Fridmund. "Let's meet at the Kendo room again." Once he was done he looked over his shoulder at the front of the room. "We better get those two as well." He left Rin and Isoroku momentarily to talk to the rest of their team. "Hey, Mizushima, Yamada. We're gonna meet up in the Kendo room in a bit ok?"

"Hm?" Kumiko felt as if she had been asleep with her eyes open. "Yeah, alright."

It took her a bit to fully understand the invitation. But it clicked in her head that it must be about last night. She didn't blame them for not wanting to wait until tomorrow for their meeting. This was just too big a thing to put aside.

Akinari sprang up at the bell, gathering his things quickly. He had no idea what they would do today, but he was excited nonetheless. He might as well have been running to the dorms at the speed he walked. The excitable boy knocked on Eber's door, calling out to him.

Eber looked quite conflicted when he answered the door for Akinari, having received Kojiro's text. "Ah... Aki-kun. How was class today?" He edged carefully out of his room and shut the door, gradually making his way towards the stairs.

With nothing else to do but ***** at her phone, Kumiko headed out to the Kendo room to await the group meet-up.

"There were some pretty interesting lessons you missed out on. And English is still just as tricky as ever." He smiled, already following Eber, inching along as well. "What did you have in mind for today?" Akinari looked up at the German expectantly.
