Far Cry 2 is only 20 bucks at some local store I go to, so I don't know if I should go get it or not. IDK anything about the game, so can you give me some headsup about it?

It's pretty good. Nothing amazing, but better than most games and big enough that even if you ignore the plot you can usually get yout money's worth by just running around like an idiot for a few hours. If $20 isn't too much of a spend for you it's probably worth it.
Its a decent enough game if your PC can handle it (if you mean the PC version) Its got single player and multiplayer and is based on the Cry engine (same one used for Crysis) The weapons are standard and the action in multiplayer is pretty fast paced, rather than instantly regenrating health you have to take cover and pull out bullets and what not to heal which makes sense really and those animations are quite fun, the single player campaign is ok but it is a little bit RPG ish (its a sandbox style game) and a problem that stems from this is that with the environments it makes it very hard to see who is shooting at you which can be more frustrating than actually difficult
In my opinion... No. I got bored of driving to a place and having to go through about 8 guard posts having to kill everything in it to proceed. And if you don't they drive after you.
And then when you get to your location, you go on a straight forward kill that guy mission or you get the option to go see your friend about something they can do to make things easier but its all pretty straight forward.

Personally I loved it
I used every mission as a chance to try a new strategy using the AI and the fire physics, mixing the flair gun and the sniper makes it pretty easy to turn a base into an inferno, while you pick off the survivors.
It's also fun to sneak near a base and plant bombs on one of their vehicles while driving away in the other, just so you can blow it up later.
The multiplayer is fun, but unbalanced and nothing that great but the map maker is really fun as you can quickly make professional looking maps

Its a terrible game. Try the first Far Cry, and maybe the expansions. Anything after the expansions, just no.
It's okay, but Single player glitched for me, and MP was good if a little confusing. Honestly though there is so much running around and similar "kill/spare some bloke for faction X" it gets very bland very quickly.
I would say no. The game bored me to death, the missions were all pretty much the same repeated over and over. The most annoying thing for me was the driving, you could almost guarentee that around every corner there would be another car there shooting at you.
I think it's an alright game,there's a lot of driving in it though which can get frustrating.Also,every mission you do for a faction is always an undercover one so you get shot at by everyone on the map,even members of the faction you are doing a mission for.

It's not worth the money. The AI is fucking godlike at times. If an enemy can see you in a bunch of bushes with a ghillie suit on, something is fucked up.
The graphics aren't all they're hyped up to be.
The guns really aren't worth a damn.
Random spawning enemy vehicles and enemy checkpoints can be a fucking pain at times.
Having to stop and socket wrench your car back to health every 10 seconds gets aggravating.
The fire effect isn't worth a damn since you can flamethrower the fuck out of a tree and the fire will burn out in 10 seconds.

Unless twenty bucks is really cheap in America in which case you might as well go for it.
The campaign pissed me off a lot, but the MP map editor alone is worth $20. Check out the most downloaded user-created maps, and you'll see some crazy impressive stuff.
