I generally keep it pretty clean, so there isn't much in the way of interesting folders/taskbar icons anyway. Having those be as cluttered as some of the other people in this thread would just make me start hyperventilating. (For instance, the only things pinned to my taskbar are the "Libraries" shortcut, Windows Media Player, and Firefox.)
