Red Dwarf loved that show, but over the years I've started to suspect that I may have been the only one watching it. Or maybe just the only one in Canada.
You weren't the only one, it was huge in the UK.

Pushing Daisies. I loved that show: the narrator's voice, the quirky stories, the gorgeous dresses, the characters... Too bad it died out after the second season.

Alright, first of all I second Dead Like Me, and I can't believe no one has mentioned Arrested Development yet. I love that show.

How can you go around using that avatar without mentioning Clerks The Animated Series! Six episodes is way too short for such a great show.
Oh, and Clone High.

Firefly is extremely overrated.

Personally, Stargate Atlantis finished up a little too quickly, as did Star Trek Enterprise.

Ey, same as me:

"Look like we made it, just in time! What do that make us?"
"Big damn heroes?"
"Ain't we just?"

Help. It was a hilarious show starring Paul Whitehouse and Chris Langham. It had Chris Langham as a psychiatrist and Paul Whitehouse as all his patients. It was bloody brilliant, but halfway through making the second season, Chris Langham got accused of downloading child pornography and the show was canceled.

It's impossible to find anywhere. Which is a shame, because it's brain meltingly funny.
Nothing kills your career quite like a charge for child porno.

I don't suppose Garry Glitter will be making a comeback any time soon either.

I was miffed that Farscape got cancelled. That was a good serious (Claudia Black is awesome too).
TOTALLY FARSCAPE!

The ending of the series pissed me off so much at how abrupt it was. You should know. None of it was explained either.

It still runs here from time to time, but I wish it would have come back. Love this show. Have you read the books? They are quite good as well. There are a few, and they were written by the writers of the show.

Firefly, as so many have posted already. Futurama, which is back! Whee!

Brimestone and firefly both great shows. both caned before there time:(
Brimstone! Man, I didn't think anyone else remembered this show. A crooked cop working for the devil to send escaped souls back to hell. It had a very unique look. Lot of amber colors and grittiness; very stylized.

On a related vein, Reaper had a similar premise though with a more comedic approach. Also disappeared without so much as a goodbye.

And, of course Firefly (which I was surprised it took 8 posts before someone mentioned it.)

Let's see...

Transformers Animated (there was going to be a fourth season, but that got canned due to Transformers 2 coming out), Greg the Bunny, Samurai Jack (Great show, but NEVER had a conclusive ending), Fillmore, Class of 3000, Get Ed, Megas XLR, Sam and Max, Histeria, Viewtiful Joe, Dave the Barbarian, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go (there was AN ENDING PLANNED, you morons!), and of course, Invader Zim.

And also shows like Firefly and Dead Like me that I haven't seen much of but would like to.

*SIGH* Man, I hate TV stations.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot Red Dwarf (again, haven't seen it but I'd like to), Reboot (damned cliffhanger ending!), Clerks the Animated Series, and Clone High (haven't seen this one either but I'm thinking about it.) And, yes, I know a lot of these are cartoons, but I don't care.
