A boss in Grim Batol(WoW) shouts "Incinerate them, minions!" every damn time she summons a fire elemental. She does this often during the fight and the voice is just awful. I never remember to turn of the sound before the boss fight starts though.

There's also that seer(?) woman in Demon's Souls that repeats the same lines all the time. I have luckily managed to forget what she says, but the voice still haunts my dreams. It's so... bad!

I never had that much of an issue with Navi, whenever I heard the twinkle sound I would immediately hit C-up and B right away (assuming it wasn't my first play through).

I did, however, have a problem with Tingle. Damn wanna be, if you didn't have maps I would never talk to you.

EDIT: "You must construct additional Pylons." Still haunts me at night.
