Unkillable NPC's. It's no fun assassinating someone when he just bends over on the ground and then gets up again. I don't care about some little sidequest with him, I just want him dead! If they're that important to the story, they should at least respawn or something.
I agree with this.
There's a quest in Windhelm that has you trying to track down a serial killer. I found a ton of evidence, but neglected to try to explore my suspicion of a particular man until it was too late. I sent the wrong man to prison, but then afterwards went exploring in the other man's (the one I suspected) house. I then found his journal in a chest, detailing his motive and with his name signed at the end.

There was no option to clear the first man's name and expose the true killer, so I entered the killer's house and put a sneak crit (and poisoned) arrow in his head. But he just kneeled over for a bit.

I hope the fact that he's marked as unkillable means this quest isn't truly done (I did get the "quest completed" notification when I turned in the wrong man) and that I'll be able to bring the right man to justice. If this is the case, no one tell me. I want to it to catch me off guard.
I did exactly the same thing with that quest!

Though I didn't try to kill him afterward, I tried congratulating him on his ingenuity but that wasn't a dialogue option unfortunately. You do get a chance to fix your mistake, I don't want to spoil it though because it was a cool surprise for me a least.

The AI's pathfinding is still kind of wonky. Don't get me wrong, it's much better than it was in Oblivion, but it's still a bit weird.

The graphics are good-not-great. I do like them and the aesthetics are particularly interesting, but they don't blow me away. The demo made it look like they would.

Magic is awesome. However, I wish I could find a better flamethrower spell. The starting one is good for a little while, but goes to shit soon after. And I don't mean a firebolt, either, I mean a full on flamethrower with greater range and much more power. The same for Frostbite, Sparks, and Healing - I would like to find better versions of each. Note that I've barely scratched the games' surface at only six hours in, so I probably will come across something better.

The interface is gorgeous and works great, but why the hell can't I organize things by weight, power, etc.?

Finally, the kids. Why must there be kids in this game? I didn't miss them in Oblivion, and now they range from "slightly annoying" to "downright fucking despicable".
I was cut down by about ten guardsman and a court-mage in Whiterun last night because the Jarl's kid proceeded to tell me how to prepare his dinner. I tried to feed him a Orcish dagger instead.

Yes there is!

OT: Nothing was bullshit, or rather, nothing that I heard.

I wish there was some form of levitation or slow-fall. I keep overestimating my characters ability to land without dying.

You people are such whiners.

This is suppose to be a real functioning world, and you're crying because the snow obscures your distance viewing??! Do you sit at home on a forum complaining when it rains in real life too?

So far, I haven't run into anything game breaking, I'm accepting the world and rules within the world.

Game is epic, I'm going to be playing it for a LONG time.

So far nothing. It's all good. In fact it's the only sequel in a long time that has utterly failed to dissappoint.

Though to answer some things...
Radiant AI in Oblivion. Watching beggars gather under an awning because it's raining out doesn't happen in other games.
Dynamic Snow: Climbing a mountain while it's snowing to have the snow stop and seeing the northern lights of Skyrim was incredibly awesome. Just because you don't notice it doesn't mean it isn't in there and doesn't happen. Equally awesome with night vision.

Literally every tier of heavy armor looks cooler than its corresponding tier of light armor. That really bugs me out. But I digress...
How about no?

Other than paying 8 times the price I sold an item for, how?

Watch what you're selling more carefully.

I am curious who did you turn in for that quest?

I believe the guy I turned in was the court mage or something along those lines. Not really sure what his name was. It was the only guy that I found any evidence against. Your post really made me curious to know if I got the right guy or not.
I turned in the court mage. I can't remember his name, though.

I stand by my original statement, no buyback from merchants.

But there is buyback! No one is going to sell you something for the same price they bought it for.

Read the OP. Nobody is saying that the game is bad, we're just pointing out our nitpicks. Calm down.

For one of the Brotherhood quests, I had to trail this one guy. So I did because I figured it was easier to do just that rather then getting the optional quest as well.

So I do so. Guy just ambled along, no care in the world. Occasionally, he went off road to the river, sat there for a couple of minutes and started again. Then he got trapped between some rocks on the shore.

What was I doing during all this? The big bad assassin, dressed in black and blood red, with enchanted daggers, lethal poisons and damaging spells was picking flowers on the side of the road and sprinkled them in the dude's path when there weren't any more to pick.

Also, the Butcher Quest? I didn't get all the items, game thought I did and now it's stuck at a point where I can't do anything to advance it and won't reload since that was ages ago.

We all know that Oblivion when it was coming out it's "Radiant AI" feature was really hyped up. Then when it came out we found out that it was just a lot of bullshit.

So Skyrim when it was coming out had a lot of too good to be true sounding features like it's "Radiant Story." Any of that turn out to be bullshit as well?
I have a "that's bullshit" story, it's a good "that's bullshit" story though.

So back on Friday, I was watching my stepbrother play (he got to the TV first, I still like to watch people play games though, so s'allgood) and he started making a new assassin/thief character, so naturally, to get into the spirit of thievery and stealthiness, he went to the Blacksmith's house in Riverwood, the starting town (?), and started stealing shit.

So he stole the Blacksmith's dagger and some other pieces of armor and weaponry etc., and started wearing them. He hadn't been caught in the act of stealing their stuff, so nobody knew he's stolen anything.

Anyways, he ended up being ambushed by a band of hired mercenaries a short while later.

He led the mercenaries into the Blacksmith's house in a panic and proceeded to wreak havoc with them. So he ran outside, and only one followed, apparently the smith had locked the door to the house, keeping the thugs in, and my brother out. Meanwhile, the one bad guy who followed him out was eventually taken care of and the other two were locked in the house.

So naturally, he sneaks back in the house after picking the lock to find one thug eating the smith's food at his table, and the other thug sleeping in the smith's bed.

So long story short, he eventually kills the last two guys and finds a note on one of them detailing the contract to kill him. The contract was signed "Dorthe", the blacksmith's daugher, who couldn't have been older than ten or eleven. The note also said that she was hiring them because my brother was a thief.

The only reason Vince and I could come up with as to how or why this had happened was that the smith's daughter must have seen and recognized the dagger on his hip.

That was a true 'what the fuck?' moment.

But that can mean only one thing! The blacksmith's daughter must be that kiddie Dark Brotherhood leader I've heard about! Le gasp!!!

Hm, I really can't think of anything. Uh... I hear the interface is bad on PCs?

Oh, I know! The voice acting of the Jarl's mage in Whiterun, I mean that was just awful, really. Even I could voice-act better than him, in fact a dying rat with chronic laryngitis would still be able to portray more emotion than that guy. It's especially annoying considering that the rest of the voices seem to be such an improvement from the last game (either that or the accents disguise how bad they are).
