I...this can't be real. Even if it is, I can't take seriously.;;
That's one of the most retarded storie I've ever heard. Those kids were obviously fucked in the head to begine with. But of course, it's still Katamari's fault [/sarcasm]

(yes I know this isn't real but...I-I can imagine it happening so easily it's not even funny)

That's a joke right?
I really hope it is.

Kinda depressing how a story like that isn't seen as total crap straight away...
but I'll admit it had me going for a while.

Surprised so few have realized that this isn't exactly a true story.
With a little help from Google everybody should have realised that.

Blame the game? No blame the fucked up kids who tried it. I wish the media would just fuck off blaming games just because it's easy.

O.K. let us assume for just a second that it is real. How in the hell you do you get up there on your soapbox and say "blame the parents not the game"? How do you blame either one? Assuming these kids were under 10 they were just using IMAGINATION (I know alot have forgotten that word). And sometimes when kids use thier IMAGINATIONS ppl do sometimes get hurt. How many of you have suffered bruises or broken bones when reanacting Star Wars or Indiana Jones? What ever happened to the "well it sucks but shit happens mentality"? Why does everything need a cause to blame other than kids will be kids and kids ain't that bright? Oh they don't play games well do they watch cartoons? YES???? Down with Bugs Bunny and friends. They only wya to stop this kind of madness is to invade every hospital and snatch all the babies to lock them away til they are adults. And before they are allowed to leave put them through a series of tests to make sure they ain't stupid.

wait, these kids decided, after playing katamari damarcy, that it would be a good idea to tape two old ladies together along with several other iteams, and roll them down a hill. I could only imagine how much LSD it would take to do something that stupid.

I was suspect, so I googled Allison Edbury and got a twitter page with an old lady biking to a gay bar, first time I've come accross Decoy Doctorpus and his stories, so my mother should feel proud.

an innocent E-Rated video game available for the Nintendo Wii, Microsoft Xbox and even the Apple I-Phone
Good research, guys. Wasn't it ported to the PS2? No wait, that's where the series came from.

But seriously, that's ridiculous. If it weren't for that darned game, those kids never would have had the idea to tie people together and roll them down hills. Unless, you know, they were just creative, cruel kids. But no, it must've been the video games.

I totaly agree, how did they know they were re-enacting katamori, we had something simular where I come from where kids were buying turtles and jumping on them, the media says it was because of super mario. Bull, total bull just like this story. Even if you made it up of the media made it up, its all exajurated just like my turtle story.

That isn't video game's fault. It's their parent's fault for raising them like that
I would not say the parents raised them like that. They didn't teach them the difference between reality and fiction. So, the correct idea is: "The parent didn't do enough in the raising business".

I could really see something like this article happening someday like "Al-qeada plays bomberman". I think this is fake though.
