Well first I'd get good and chummy with the Genie, ask him a lot of questions without accidentally saying "I wish".
Wish 1: I'd ask him to let me change the way I look, maybe a magic mirror or something, nothing too crazy, just less patchier facial hair, white teeth and a more muscular physique. Not a new person, just a perfect me.
Wish 2: Once again with careful discussing of the way it works, I'd wish for telepathy and telekinesis, with the power of Nate Grey (godlike) minus any negative side effect, with the expertise and control of Cable. Essentially being able to create most other powers, strong enough to bend time and space to teleport and timetravel, focused enough to heal others and create a healing factor for myself (that is if something actually managed to get by my shields).
Basically I become a living god, but with the freedom to essentially turn it off and age/die if I eventually wanted to. I'd use these powers to try and guide humanity in saving the planet and unifying. Probably have a cool costume too.
Wish 3: I would set them free, as long as it doesn't remove my previous wishes, they wants it and they promise not to interfere with me or the human race, without my consent. Being a Genie might suck, plus I wouldn't want anyone getting these wishes.
