In England, no job, no money, oh and I had to look up where about it was on a map. All these things do not make good a go-go.

Oh come now. Maybe some nasty hurtful words from the easily offended, but you're not that bad.

...I'm in Australia! :D

(No seriously, nothing has ever happened here without it being a global event. Especially Pokemon. -_-)

Also my reason. I live in a different country and don't have the time/money to go galavanting across the Atlantic to see you damned colonials.

I'm in the middle of summer classes right now. I'm taking four different classes and the way they do the summer quarter at my college is by having each class run for two weeks Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm. Each class runs in succession, so I'm only taking them one at a time. I'll be officially done by August, at which point I have to prepare for the fall quarter.

The ultimate point is I am fucking booked to all hell. No time to even relax for a second.

Not in the same state as myself, and I can't afford to travel. That's the long and short answer.

I will be trying to go, but perhaps school may be a problem. If I get a job during the summer, it may be easier to go.

...It's in the Summer isn't it? Wait...it's in mid-September!? I may be going after all because I don't know what my situation will be then. I should be moving in August so by mid-September I may have some sort of financial stability...I'll be in northern-GA too so...I'll be closer then than I currently am. I can't buy tickets right now but may be able to go.

I'm not going all the way to North Carolina just to ask Yahtzee and MovieBob some questions Yahtzee wouldn't answer through e-mail (I didn't even try with MovieBob except for one or two things on the forum) and probably wouldn't have a good answer for in person.

I live in the England, so it just doesn't seem feasable. Then again, I'd only really go if it were up in London as I'm a bit lazy.

Same reason as everyone else. While I technically could afford the trip, it's too much money just for an event like this. There would have to be something else to go for, not just a two-day event.

It'd be a three hour drive for me, I a) hate large groups of people (I went to MLG Raleigh last year, I stayed for about five hours, ate the cost on my hotel room, drove home and watched the rest via stream), b) wouldn't be willing to bring my then 19 month old daughter with me, and c) I.. just want to watch Yahtzee's five minute skits, Jim Sterling is the reason I stopped going to Destructoid entirely and I only watch Sideshow Bob's Movie Time for my weekly fill of hypocrisy.. why would I?

Can't afford it, I'm starting a new job soon, and it's a good 10 hours away.

Were those factors not an issue, I'd be there.
