Ability Manipulation, can nullify all of your abilities if you came in my remote proximity.

But you wont even know Im there...Pause Time outside your proximity, get close to you (time starts again) and shoot you point blank in the face.

Ahh, but the chronokinesis would deactivate when you're in the proximity, which isn't nessecarily close to me, so I would be able to react. Plus, you don't know how big the radius of effect is.

Well then I pause time and snipe you at distance while you are unable to do anything...the bullet wont move until I start time again but when I do...good luck dodging it. The radius of effect cant be THAT big otherwise its not really in your 'proximity' is it?

I could always cut out the middle man and developed a form of phase shifting and time manipulation to negate the effect of your gun and ability at the same time.

Well if we are playing that game then I could always develop the power to have whatever powers I want.

That's not empathy...that's power absorption. Empathy is the ability to feel how someone else is feeling. in terms of someone like, Peter Petrelli, he gained abilities by feeling how others felt, orginally.

I would choose to have absolute perception: the ability to comprehend everything perfectly and with complete certainty. Possessing this power would also give me a vastly expanded consciousness, as that is something of a prerequisite for possessing it.

Time Manipulation can't do jack against Spacetime manipulation though, all the powers of chronokinesis along with forms of plane shifting and teleportation to boot!

Yeah, but that's like saying the one superpower you want is the ability to have all superpowers. It's like wishing for more wishes, you can't do that.

Pure energy control. Since all matter is made of energy, I would have any power that uses matter or energy, so flight, shape shifting, all psychic powers, any form of magic, I could control just about anything other than time.

Plus some physics theories believe that time is in and of itself a form of energy, so I could control that as well. I would be able to control time and space.

Basically become God.

It's a semantic issue and more dealing with how the powers are gained. As a title for the power, it doesn't really matter.
