I've always always always always always always wanted to fly. But if you think about it, there is really never a chance that you would be able to fly without someone seeing you doing it, especially after 9/11. Sooooo... I would chose the ability to know how to do anything once I try it. Like the matrix, where Trinity can fly a helicopter, I would instantly know exactly how to do it once I sat down in one. Or cook, or paint, or anything.
Absolute control over the Electromagnetic Spectrum. Not just magnetism, but would be able to sense or manipulate infrared, radio waves, X-rays, etc. Plus, I could mess up electronics and fly. Awesome!
It doesn't appear that anyone has said World Building yet. I'll go with that.
Or maybe world finding like in the Chronicles of Amber.
On the other hand leading a mostly normal life, I would probably be satisfied with flying or <a href=http://codegeass.wikia.com/wiki/Lelouch_Lamperouge#Geass>absolute command.

I'm in a foul mood so I'm here to rain on some parades for all those who said the following powers
But I guess gun to my head had to choose I would pick telekenisis I'm sure theres a problem with that though too.
Super strength - all that force is applied by your hands your power would be useless for anything but putting your hands through stuff because all that strength is just to focused.
Invisibility - This one only applies to people who bed light...how do you see?
Super speed - How do you prevent all your organs from shooting out of your chest whe you come to a sudden stop?
Telepathy - How do you control who's mind you read and what you hear?
Immortality - Eventually your perception of time would be warped so far centurie's would tick past like days and you would never be able to have a meaningful relationship or friendship with anyone.
Um that's all I can think of right now.

I would probably give myself the ability to twick with my brain. Give myself THAT thing where u remember everything (I could rememeber a book I've read word for word) and combine THAT with THAT thing THAT let's me read everything I read on a page instantly (u can literaly flip through a book and read like 200 pages in a couple of minutes) and I've got infinate knowledge.
