Not really, if you could phase onto another plane of existence where you can interact with this one, it's an extent of one ability. Interacting with multiple planes of existence and being able to travel there.

By the way, why not choose a creature with a camoflouge skill. You'dd have that creature's skills and a form of invisiblity...sort of. Just make suure it's not an octopus...tentacles...*shudders*

Answer me this. How do you survive in a molten wasteland? or a giant snowball? or in the vacuum of space where there is literally nothing there, save maybe a few sparkling lights that are giant gasballs billions upon trillions of miles away?

The power just fixes the vulnerabilities, if the vulnerabilities are present within the empowered then they disappear (my necessity to breath oxygen, my vulnerability to heat etc). If the vulnerabilities can't be solved without changing the surroundings then it does that.

How do you change the surroundings of a vacuum? teleport a large mass that can serve as a home to your location?

There's no logical way to do it, but the power isn't logical. It would simply defy the force of the singularity, preventing it from having an infinite gravitational pull, but would also prevent a collapse if that would present a vulnerability to the empowered.
