Fast healing, as mentioned above. The only thing that can kill you would have to be pretty devastating as well as quick. Sure, pain, but that makes you human. Low key ability. Pretty much devoid of any disease for your extended life (I think Wolverine's ability wears with age, so he can live a few more decades than normal but not indefinitely.) I'd say that's pretty much a life without fear right there. Far more useful in whatever you may be doing (hero work or just day-to-day.) I'd take that in a jiffy over fancy-pants telekinetic laser knives that explode when they shoot out of your mind's eye or something.
