I really don't know, I have flat out told my parents "I think Leon from RE4 is hot" but for some reason they call me gay. It's gotten worse because I stopped telling them what kind of guys I think are attractive since they laugh at me every time and tell me my taste is wrong.
I can feel sexually attracted to fictional characters, I don't really see anything wrong with it - I mean, they're DESIGNED to be sexy (for the most part). I have friends on both sides of the fence - some that agree with me, some that find it gross.
I don't go around declaring it to people, as I know some people find it weird, but yeah, I reckon some fictional characters are pretty friggin hot

Huh. I don't really understand. I don't go into fandom because I find characters hot (although I joke about it; I'm not being serious when I do). I just find them interesting to figure out and deconstruct, or simply because I get invested in one particular relationship in a series/franchise/whatever the heck else.
It's not that I find them unattractive, it's just that it's their personalities that make me like or dislike them. I get over "Wow, dis ***** be hawt!" characters pretty quickly.
Doesn't stop me from obsessing over characters and shows and all that. It's just not in a sexual way. Which is why I find it so funny when people tell me they like my smut and think it's hot. I've never felt that way; personally, I think it's hilarious. But I'm always willing to jump on a porny bandwagon if it makes me popular. =P

I certainly do. However, it doesn't interfere with my life. I'll voice if I think a character's attractive, but I won't do anything past that, unless they have a personality that's interesting and easy to write into something.

Playing Mirrors Edge was a little bit traumatic for me at times, because every time Faith fell of a building, plummeting to a rather messy death on the road below, i died a little inside. :'(
She's a bit of a posh and expensive *****, so i certainly don't like her for the personality. I must have a thing for oriental women.
I like this character in a sort of "wow your fuckin awesome" kind of way. Seriously, she could eat Chuck Norris for breakfast.
Not sure if this one counts because Selene is really just Kate Beckinsale dressed as fit as fuck. But yeah, she's the reason why i have watched all the Underworld movies
