Buy the world, invest heavily in experimental science for weapons and space craft technologies, colonize the moon and build orbital weapons and dry-docks, institute everyone into the new Human Empire with strict law enforcement and indoctrination for all new children. Then we take over the universe until we have conquered all.. and then.. well no-one ver gets to that stage so I'll see how I feel by then..

..Oh and turn the entire surface of Earth into Minecraft via the usage of precision lasers, 1 billion chiselers and about 10,000,000,000,000 tons of paint in varying colours, oh and I might also change Human vision to 32 bit so everyone can experience minecraft for the rest of their lives..

Motive: Have fun with it.
Plot: Use doomsday weapon to split North America down the middle. Do the same thing to Europe. Stay under the radar when I do this. Wait for resulting wars. Storm into an area that's in trouble and "help them" with the army I've been raising in preparation for this. Take over, and use my army to quickly expand until' I'm satisfied. Rule with open arms.(Note, hand contains ring with a poisoned needle attached).
Theme: I'm thinking less drastic mutations. Think splicers from Batman Beyond.

Well, I'd need a state sponsored anti-government revolution as an easy excuse to maintain martial law indefinitely. Obviously I'd have to earn the trust of my military leaders by paying them a lot. And I'd have to make sure that every group that could feasibly act against me was in fact run by my empire.

But despite the fact that, technically speaking, I'd be running a tyrannical dictatorship, I don't feel any real need to be evil. In fact, until the stress of the job consumes me, I reckon that 'Joetopia' could actually be a good thing for humanity!

"Evil empire". Pfff... "evil" is all in the perspective. As for my Empire it'd either be a shadow government that secretly controls the world (and ousts any other shadow government that already has that role) or I'd create a benevolent dictatorship somewhere. Very liberal, probably some socialist economic policies. To tell you the truth I'd try something similar to the Turian Hierarchy in Mass Effect. Yeah its practically a military dictatorship, but its meritocratic and runs heavily upon public service by its members to work for the good of the group. And it doesn't necessarily do this at the expense of the individual.
