Without a Fight from Hoobastank, when playing it in Elite Beat Agents. It's just flippin' sweet.

That's the one. It's a darkly beautiful and very sad series, consisting of 13 episodes and a ova. There's also a manga, but I can't say much about that one, as I've only managed to get my hands on the first album.

This one. Seriously, I feel goosebumps every time I listen to this.
Thank you good sir for adding a spice more epicness to my day.

OT: Pretty much anything from the NeoTokyo soundtrack really

The sounds of silence - Simon & Garfunkel
My Immortal - Evanescence (I don't even LIKE this song, or this band, but it still makes me shiver. I may not like the song/band, but this chick has one powerful/chilling voice)
Boulevard of broken dreams - Green Day (it's the only song of theirs I like, I swear to god I'm not a douchebag!)

Yup, and I can even stay on topic while doing so, as both Wolf's Rain and Cowboy Bebop have great intro songs. Neither measure up to Elfen Lied, but then again, I don't think anything does.

That is a pretty damn awesome soundtrack, especially since it's a mod. It's nice to see people put effort into things. Effort well spent.

Also, the music of of the band Nox Arcana, which is essentially Cthulhu-inspired metal. It's hard to pick one example, seeing as their entire discography is applicable, but I have selected one:

By the way, this is the creepy type of goosebumps I'm talking about...

Well, basically any Heavy Metal song, if I like the band, which I usually do.
I can't really narrow it down, everything from Cannibal Corpse to Dream Theater. But I will say that any song off of Judas Priest's album Painkiller never fails to give me goosebumps, and make my hair stand on end.

God's gonna cut you down by johhny Cash, especially in this mashup of the sublimely chilling Left 4 dead series it gives me goosebumps. Considering most of the mans songs this one is such a change of pace, just because of the slow but emphasised delivery of the lines like "Sooner or later he'll cut you down" it feels like you the viewer are being told off by Johhny Cash, and when you get told off by Johhny you take that scold.
