I should have known, he ripped off Authur C Clarke for the plot of the first game, then the 2nnd plot was batshit insane, and made no sense next to the first game.
Now he goes and pulls this shit...
Karpysyhn really is a hack and he's run out of ideas.
In all honesty... this looks shit, and if it's anything like the 2nd game, I will not be buying it (or even pirating it).

That would make sensw if Drew's now ripping off war of the worlds now... especially since it's set in England, and he did ripoff "The Sentinel"'s plot for the first game.

It wasn't a surprise but the trailer still got me really pumped for game. First a new Elder Scrolls and now Mass Effect 3, a happy day in my life.

Karpyshyn isn't writing. He didn't write the second one either. He just retains his name in the credits because he created the lore. He probably writes a quest or two and maybe some dialog trees, but thats about it.

The lead writer of the second was Mac Walters. Who I'm guessing also wrote this one.

im with yahtzee; CGI doesnt count. and if ME3 ends up doing 'defend earth from evil aliens'(the most overused and boring sci fi plot) as the whole plot of the game....

makes me all the more glad that like dragon age the ad campaign for ME3 will probably have nothing to do with anything actually related to the game. that soldier was freaking realistic for CGI though; looks like EA is providing all the budget bioware could ever want, lets hope they use it to improve and add gameplay features instead of deleting them this time.

...and give the sniper more then 10 max ammo. when i can carry more homing missiles than sniper rounds...something is up.

Interesting... so all that information on Karpsyhyn's book (revelation) about him being the "Lead Writer" of the Mass Effect video game is bulllshit? Great, the fucker's lied to me again...

Got chills watching the ME3 trailer, I can't wait to see the end. Really hoping they add more characters though, ME2 had alot, but I kept thinking "there could be a few more".

I know 2013 is a looong ways away, but Guillermo Del Toro's Insane was my favorite so far. Damn Mayans better have it wrong with 2012.
