No.

I prefer my strategy to have more actual strategy rather than who's got faster fingers and thats something I didn't get from the original.

I won't. I'm too far behind the whole Starcraft thing to play it online properly and I always detested the concept of rushing.

Plus it's too fast for me, I can micro-manage véry well but only if I'm given the time for it.

This. If I want something twitch-based, I'd go for a shooter.

..as they take the time to polish their games...
Psst, they don't. They just want you to believe that.

I won't.
Blizzard is *notorious* for its polish, bro. That's why they take so goddamn long :p
As I said.
That's just what they want you to think, "bro".
...right.

You mean there's absolutely no correlation between long development times and some of the most polished games on the market? Huh. Go figure!

Despite my love for RTS games, I will not. I must admit, I do not care enough for this. Maybe if I get a good gaming computer, and maybe after I have extra funds after The Old Republic, I will consider it.
TOR probably needs a better computer than SC II.
All the more reason not to buy Starcraft to save money for a better computer.

I won't be either. I've attempted to get into RTS style games on multiple occasions. I just can't really enjoy them though. Too much micromanagement for me to deal with.

I want to but I can't. My computer is 4 years old no way it'll be able to run Starcraft II.
actually SC2 should not be that hard to run, I played the beta on low graphics and got perfect frame rates and now slowdown, and im playing on a 2 year old laptop
thank you sir, you raised my hopes a bit.

Bnet 2.0 is terrible, the community support is terrible, Activision is terrible. I will not be getting it.

This topic appears to exist to collect replies from people who don't want the game. Seems kind of pointless.
Not pointless. I really wanted to know the reasons 'why not' so we could address some of them. Some times people don't want to try a game due to misconceptions.

Now if they don't do gaming on a PC that is their call. As I said before I don't have a Xbox-360.
