I call her the SS Space Tiger. It is a smallish transport/cargo ship (think Serenity or Millennium Falcon sized). I use it for space pirating and smuggling. It has a modest artillery of guns, not enough to take out a fleet or anything, a cloaking device, and a highly experimental short range teleporter that can teleport the ship up to 1000 yards in any direction.

Smallish transport/smuggling ship, with stealth systems, called Phantom. It's existed in my head for a while now. If I could draw, I'd make a picture of it

I am of the strong belief that the only way to name a spaceship is to grab the nearest work of fiction, flip to a random page, and select a phrase, at random. So if you'll excuse me...

"Relatively small and absolutely crowded"

Holy shit it works! D=

Alternatively, you can make up a word that sounds sort of heroic. You can't use an actual heroic word, because they've all been taken (cases in point, "Enterprise", 15 ships, 2 planes, 2 spacecraft and 5 fictional ships) . So, "Indefactibal" would probably work.

Would you like to join my space pirate navy? Or is it cosmic-thief brotherhood? Or maybe some sort of loose union of astrosmugglers...

The Hyperion! Nah jokes. The USG Ishimura:

AKA: USS Kill-Beast-Buffet

Nah, in all seriousness: Ragnarok. Complete with Javelin missile pods, Gauss cannons, pulse lasers and a Lava Cannon.

Piracy's not my style. But a loose union of astrosmugglers works for me. Depends how restrictive the space government is though

Endeavour.

Private exploration and colonisation ship, with the aim to build my own small empire by via artificial mass reproduction and education, with total loyalty to me; from there WAR.

The Ark Revenant,
A frigate of super fastness that would allow for epic luxury space-travel... and complete and utter destruction of enemy ships

Is that from Sins of a Solar Empire? - the image, that is.

I only pirate ships of the Intergaláctico España Empire. I have a letter of mark from Dutch Federation of Star Systems (the DFSS for short).

The SSV Alamo.

Why? Becuase If I were to be a hypothetical Spaceship captain, I would be so, in the Mass Effect Universe, flying a Frigate class ship. Said ships are always named after great historical warzones.

Mine would be a Super Star Destroyer, named the Void Empress.

Maybe I'd pick a different name, I don't know... I just know it would be a Star Destroyer.

Edit: And it would have rave lights and an awesome speaker system installed on every floor so that when the crew gets bored, we can party!!!

It's not like the enemy can hear anything through space. And it wouldn't matter if the enemy saw us first. It's a friggin Star Destroyer, launching a surprise attack on us would just mean they have a couple extra seconds head-start.

Why would your want to name your ship after a defeat?

Shame, it looks nice - but the game is waaaay too scary for me to play.
It's quite Sins of a Solar Empire-esque

The Pendulum. It obviously wouldn't resemble a pendulum, but i like the name.

USS Aldebaran
Ambassador Class

This was the ship I used when running a Star Trek RPG a while ago. My favorite class of ship named after my favorite star... and it was made of win.
