I would have to say my male best friend.

We have nothing in common, my mum hates him and our views on some things are so conflicting. I don't think we would be enemies or dislike each other in different circumstances, we just wouldn't know each other.

We can talk for ages about anything, I'm more comfortable around him than my family and he's always there for me. We do argue quite a lot, real angry arguments, shouting, everything. In the end things come out okay. If my mother had her own way I wouldn't be allowed within a ten mile radius of him, says he's a bad influence.

First year of secondary school I became friends with the 'unpopular' boy. He was incredibly smart, and spent most of his free time volunteering in our local Oxfam.. Sounds like a nice guy, but he was a compulsive liar, and he was very cocky about his knowledge.. I only became friends with him because he was bullied and I felt sorry for him, we didn't anything in common.

Have another friend from work.. He's really scruffy, talks for England, and smokes copious amounts of weed.. Can't explain him well, you'd have to spend a day with him to get to know what he's like. Wouldn't be someone I'd get along with normally, but he's really cool.

No sexual desires at all. and proud of it. means I can't get suckered out of my hard earned cash. again.
and you say it as if we're something else.
which we probably are :D
Well good for you, I've often thought of sexual desire as the biggest weakness of men.

Actually, that's antisexuality, which I completely understand and support, as I am also antisexual.

Asexual is more of a "Don't need or want sex, ever," rather than a "Oh gross, go fuck somewhere else (or I will cut it off)"
See I understand how Asexual might be something you're born with, lack of certain hormones, brain wiring different etc.

But a disgust of sexual activity is something I would expect a rape victim might develop. I don't want to get too personal but is there a reason why you are anti-sexual?

I became friends with everyone in high school during my senior year and all I had to do was dance real sexy at pep rallies. I think it's strange enough that the entirety of my popularity was based solely on no sense of self respect whatsoever.

I do that. People insult me (eg. my height) so I agree with them and insult myself even more than they did.

My Brain is not wired differently!
I just laugh uncontrollably sometimes... for no apparent reason.
And find it funny when people die or get hurt. nothing wrong with that.

then again, as to the part you aimed at Max, would you like people sticking their... whatever it is they have (Depends on Gender) in your face?

no... I just want to kill... kill... kil...
aaarrrggghhhh! I can HEAR Them!

Most of my best friends I became friends with after a fight of some sort.

One example is a really good friend of mine and I really disliked each other. We both thought that the other had been talking shit behind our backs and whatnot. One day we were with friends and it finally blew up and came to blows. Interesting thing is, both of us were the only fighters. Our friends knew better than to step in, as it was a one on one fight for honor reasons.

After the fight (which we declared was a draw), we just looked at each other and laughed. Turns out we had similar ideas about honor and trust, and ended up being great friends.

For my last half a year at college, I had these two friends. I'd known the girls before but it was just normal stuff. For that time period though, we spent every second talking about people we saw that we hated.
I had some memorable soapbox rants at that time. We spent the last few weeks trying to alienate everyone at college. Full of tossers that place.

I'm friends with a guy whose parents decided that they would have a c-section on Halloween so his birthday would be on Halloween. Also I have another friend who demands that whenever we play anything with have to be on opposite sides so he can try to beat me. He's also forcing me to play as Squall in Dissidia so he can beat me as my favorite character while he plays as his, Tidus.

The easiest of any method I've ever tried to make friends is to just stand out. Seriously, be extravagant in public. It feels a lot less humiliating than it actually looks.

I am the only one in my entire school that wears a hat it seems, or at least a Trilby hat. It makes me quite noticeable, especially since I always have it and twirl it around etc.

I made a friend real life all thanks to a Gesture from SecondLife. One of my favorite gestures there, your character throws up his/her arms and apathetically goes "yaaaaay.... yaay..." Well my now friend Jen, at the time a stranger, heard me do that when the owner of the local comic shop told me they were getting in both issues of Batman VS Aliens (Only comic I will ever bother to pay for and then read) she walked up to me, demanded my SL name, messaged me there a day later, passed me her number, and we have been hanging out endlessly ever since... sad.. I know XD
