At my high school last year, everybody had this huge plan to wear pajamas the next day to school, and the Vice Principal suspended all of the 100 students that did.

Not really surprised. Besides, cross-dressers are just plain creepy.

Be sure to let all of your prospective female friends know upfront that you don't approve of them wearing pants. Could lead to some awkward conversations otherwise...

Sigh, I just knew that I would get a response such as this. Have you ever heard of skinny jeans? You obviously haven't.

It's America, right? Why shouldn't he be able to wear whatever he wanted? If I had wore a dress and high heels to school, my teachers would have laughed, and only if it was a bad day, I would be sent home to change, and then come back...

Not saying that I was ever probable to do such a thing... But still.

It's ridiculous to suspend a ninth-grader for wearing a dress, and even hold on to the suspension even after listening to his reasons. Way to overreact. Puritan teachers need to stop exist.

*listens for the whistle of the point soaring squarely over your head*

So women shouldn't wear high heels then, because those were originally designed for men

Well, USC for United States of Conformation, this is bull, so a cross dressing student, if he is or not, is not allowed to wear a dress, but women can there as well. And to go even further, this is something that many schools seem to demonize on, I've seen school dress codes to go as far to say that guys can't have earings. Hats, ok, gangster clothing, fine, nudity, fine. [so people DON'T freak, fine means on the list as not to wear.]
But to draw the line at cross dressing seems odd.
Seriously, WHERE THE HELL IS CULTURAL STANDARD WHEN YOU NEED IT!
Kids being beaten up over religion, the extent of broken limbs, suicidal kids being pushed further into it because of bullies, then the school PUSHING for this kid not be able to get out of his grade BECAUSE he crossed dressed.
Gender roles now hurt men more then women, so just drop the roles all together and let people be who they are.

Comon, I'm all for gay rights and being whomever the hell you want to be, but even I think its stupid for a male to wear a dress to school. First off dresses by their nature are designed for the female FORM, so its not "sexist" or whatever to say no to men in stupid dresses. He did it for attention, knowingly at the expense of accepted norms, which makes HIM the sexist.
I really don't think your for "Everyone to be who they are" if this guy is sexist for wearing a dress, because maybe he enjoys it. But pants were designed for men, so women are sexist for wearing them right? *sarcasm*

wait, it was a CHALLENGE to wear the dress/high-heels. it's not "him being himself" at all, so his mother isn't right. i don't believe he's a cross-dresser, just a general 'tard who wants to be noticed very badly.
also, what kind of mother lets her son go to school in a dress/high-heels? does she not have a brain?? what, she didn't think it could go wrong in any way? what retard community did she grow up in to not know that'd not go unnoticed?
as for the suspension, i can see WHY the school would be upset seeing a boy in a dress and high-heels, but for the whole YEAR? oh come on! big deal.. so the girls at my school came with skirts so short you'd see their asses if they bent over to touch their knees and they'd be ok, but a dress is "omg burn the heathen!!!!!"
seriously america..
Do you see everything in black and white? The way I see it as it went down was that he was interested in wearing a dress, wore it with high heels to school, then after getting back home, told his mom that he decided to do so, she freaks a little and comes up with an excuse so his school life wouldn't be fucked up, that way hes still a GO GO with school, while she takes most of the blame. AND they also remember that its no where IN the school handbook that he couldn't do so. Doesn't that seem a little bit more plausible?

Harsh, I'm not trying to be a troll, I just disagree with your original premise that people who dress in traditionally cross gendered clothing are creepy. Admittedly my last post wasn't relevant but then neither was yours. My apologies if I offended

I just simply stated that I find cross-dressers creepy. There are tons of people that agree with me, and tons of people that don't. There is nothing more to say.

Correct me if I'm wrong but what you actually find creepy is men in women's clothing not cross dressing in general?
