These were the reason I never passed Ocarina of Time. I'm not sure what else scared me.

Sweet crap on a stick, when I was a kid, those and the evil sky in Castle Town made me book it out of there. The forest temple was also particularly scary.

those things in OoT that jump on your back and proceed to rape you after you remove the master sword from the temple of time.

Here's a list of what permanently traumatized me as a child:

-the yeti from Rudolph
-that Courage episode with "or suffer my curse"
-the one with the claymation girl. THIS PROBABLY HAD THE GREATEST AFFECT.
-I saw a few scenes from "It" when I was younger. CLOWNS ARE EVIL INCARNATE.
-those zombie things in Hyrule in OoT after the master sword time skip thing. WHY DO YOU ALL KEEP THINKING OF THESE BEFORE I DO?

Ocarina of Time scared the shit out of me when I was a kid, and still creeps me out today.
Some notable features were:

Re-Deads: zombies that would moan constantly. And when they saw you, they screamed. OH GOD THE SCREAMS *Hides in corner in foetal position*

Under the Well: This level scared the pants off me. I made sure that all I needed was the Lens of Truth before legging it out of there. Strangely enough, the Forest Temple didn't really creep me out at all.

And if anyone who watched kid's TV shows in the 90s: Does anyone remember a show featuring a purple sludge man wearing a leather jacket (resembling Oscar the Grouch)? I used to have nightmares about him.

What scared me was the stories that I used to get told as a little kid. El Hombre Del Saco scared me the most. Its the story of a man who used roam the streets and wait for little kids to pass by at night time. When they did he would put hooks in them, put them in a bag, and drag them away.

It scared the living crap out of me. :[

Oh, and don't forget this guy.

Tim Curry was a perfect choice for Pennywise, but I found Pennywise to be much more menacing in the book.

I used to be afraid of Horror Movie Box Art. Now, I can watch most of those movies and laugh, but back then... The horror section was hell on Earth to me.

I used to also be afraid of 1st Person Shooters. Now they give me headaches.

I also used to be afraid of Alfred E. Neuman's face on MAD Magazine, and inside was just as bad.

if I had a fear of anything rational, and still do have a fear of, it's that little dinosaur in Jurassic Park.

You know, the one who eats Wayne Knight and sprays Acid in his face.

That Rocking Car and him screaming just scared me forever. I still haven't finished the movie.

Oh, and to some point, The Gracie Films Logo:

Still kind of bothers me to this day.

Oh, and Rocky Horror Picture Show. Saw the singing Lips on TV once upon a time on Comedy Central and it just scared me.

Teenage mutant ninja turtle movies.

I rented them out and then I really didn't like the turtle costumes, I watched a bit until they came on and turned it off. Rewound it rewatched about 10 times whilst I had it to rent.

Then got it again and as soon as I'd watched 10 mins of it I loved it and proceeded to get the trilogy.

Shit films though.
