This game sounds rad! Rad! Rad, I say! Will there be multiplayer...you know, with a team of ships trying to take out the comet before impact? That's rad!

Too boring, didn't read. Never even knew this was a thing. Also, I'm with everyone else on the whole "lern 2 dictionary, OP" bandwagon.
I don't care if you're "quoting Yahoo". You put it in the thread title. Not Yahoo, you.
One should know the difference.
Doctor Panties, Doctor Snakeman, glad you two could provide an expert opinion on this doomsday theory.
"Rad" and "OP done goofed".
Interesting...
Oh, apologies...as an emminent scientist posting in an online games forum, I really should have put things into layman's terms, so to speak.
My term "rad" is actually an acronym for "Relative Astrological Doomsday Scenario Quotient". (I dropped the "S" and "Q" for the sake of catchiness.) Hence, "R.A.D". Get it?
By applying the term "game", I was using a common colloquialism that we astrophysicists enjoy throwing around- we refer to our field as "the cosmic game of billiards". You know, "eight ball in the corner pocket" being a euphemism for "catastrophic comet impact/Earth extinction event/game over, man, game over!".
Finally, with regards to "multiplayer" and "ships". "Multiplayer" was me attempting to be even more clever than I am right now- I was referring to multiple nations and scientific communities collaborating to address this threat- you know, "multiple players/team mates". By "ships", I was literally referring to ships (spacecraft, if you will) being deployed to fire/plant nukes directly at/on the comet. Hmmm...sounds like a good plot for a film, doesn't it?
So, in summary, you will note that I was actually completely on topic, albeit in a humourously obscure manner.
Great! Now that your comment/concern has been suitably addressed,...ahem...
"armageddon outta here!"
Heh. Ha ha! Oh, lordy...sigh.
