Chocolate.
"a special needs girl...with a special need...to kick some ass!!!"
great tagline, looks pretty cool. is it a straight martial arts film or are there dramatic elements?

Equilibrium, Ravenous, Green Street Hooligans, Leviathan, Escape from New York, The Lost Battalion, The Thing, Quigley Down Under(Tom Selleck and Alan Rickman!), The Warriors, The Omen(Original), The Great Escape, Pitch Black, Kiss the Girls, and Robin Hood Men In Tights.

Edit: Just a bunch of movies I thinks are cool that most people I know haven't seen.

There is a sub-plot about her father and her mother's illness.

Thats what drives the story of her going absolutely ape shit on everyone.

The entire Blade series, AKA Wesley Snipes' Weekend: the Documentary.

Batman: The Movie (circa 1966)

Faster, it's like a Quentin Tarantino movie but without Tarantino's insufferable pretentiousness.

V for Vendetta, it might not be unknown, but it deserves more recognition than it gets.

Rampage, Uwe Boll's opus is an adolescent power fantasy. That does not say good things about Uwe Boll. Still, after an hour or so of fannying about, once you get to the titular rampage it's actually pretty fun.

Payback, Mel Gibson's Point Blank remake. I for one enjoyed it.

1) I seem to be one of the only people who actually enjoyed The American. I thought it was beautifully shot with an interesting character and plot, even if it is a bit slow compared to what you'd expect from a thriller. Mainly because it's a character study first before it's a thriller. The trailer below doesn't do a good job portraying the movie either...few trailers ever do, really.
2) Fail-Safe doesn't get mentioned much because it was basically the serious version of Dr. Strangelove, which released just before it and way overshadowed Fail-Safe. However, it's an excellent movie from the same director as 12 angry men, and it's one of my favorite movies ever. Very tense, very chilling.

Heh, well thank you :3
Run Lola Run is a very good film and I've yet to meet a single person who didn't like it and you don't really have to be in any particular mood to watch it, so yeah, it's a good choice.

Just be careful with some of them. Most of the films on my list are quite long and rather draining :3

Hmm...I figured you would have seen more than you have, but judging by some of the movies you've yet to see, I'll suggest some more.

Blade trinity....sucks real bad.
V for Vendetta is an interesting film. i love hugo weaving, its just one of those movies i liked than i read the comic and loved it and then didnt really care for the movie anymore. Lol Rampage i hadnt heard of but i love me some Uwe after a couple of drinks. Payback is intrigueing since unlike the rest of the world i could care less what mels personal life is like, i think the guys a great movie star.

Oh my gosh, this film. I first saw it back in my history class in high school a few years back and fell in love with it. I should get around to buying the DVD.

I will always suggest Boondock Saints I&II and Lucky Number Slevin. For a random, completely unknown film that's really great: Primer. Look it up on Google.
Seriously, Primer is a movie everyone should be watching right now.

The Evil Dead or Daybreakers are what I would suggest for underrated movies.

I've seen a lot of movies, there are just so many though lol. I've actually seen most of the movies you just suggested, martyrs scared the shit out of me, and frozen was a very intense film that actually made my top 15 of last year. Ive seen the Funny Games remake but no the original foreign language film, thought it was one of the best horror films id ever seen though.

Me too this movie is great the only problem is that is a bit to slow it also reminds me a lot to The Mechanic http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068931/

I would suggest Serenity. It gets lots of love but it did crap at the box office. I would also recommend The Prestige, it's directed by Christopher Nolan and stars Wolverine and Batman. What more do you need in a film?
