I love Brutal Legend. Even the RTS sections.

Never really got all the hate that game got. I never expected great gameplay (Psychonauts is a brilliant game but many of the platforming sections are virtually broken) just a great, quirky, funny story. And that's what I got.

Most recentley Eat Lead the return of matt hazzard Mainly because I like the array of weapons you get such as a pair of cowboy six shooters of a water machine gun. (which is actually better then the one that shoots bullets) And wail it wasn't phenomal I enjoyed the boss fight agiansit the pardoy cloud(I don't rembere what he's called in the game) Since your free to move around the arena wail he stays in one place and uses turn based styel attacks and when you shoot him numbers appear over his head showing he took damage. The enmies are also hilarous with there dilaouge I espically like the ones based on the avtars used by online multiplayers that appear near the end.

I played the hell out of both Turning Point: Fall of Liberty and Legendary. I honestly believe that the crap reviews here came from simple "bandwagon syndrome".

That, and Alone in the Dark: Inferno. This is an exceptional case. The original game sucked indeed, but the PS3's improved version was a hell of a game. Unfortunately, since few people even knew about it, and the game's reputation was already destroyed, almost no-one played it. A shame, since Inferno is the game as it was supposed to have been from the start.

R.A.D. (Robot Alchemic Drive)

Bad in so many ways (I would dare say this game has the worst voice acting of any game), but still very fun and very different.

Tenchu Z and the Dynasty Warriors series.
Both are simplistic and repeative but they're easy to get into and are good mindless fun. there's not much to get in the way of you and messing up the day of some would be guard...or sevearl hundred of them in Dyansty Warriors case.

Frontier, elite.

Soooo old, the graphics are so poor and the AI near non existent but the series was probably the first ever sandbox world and it had such depths that has yet to be topped. If it was remade with better graphics, AI, economy and so and so. It could be big.

Sadly they will want to turn it into a MMO somehow.
NOOOOOOOOOOO......

Frontier was great in my book as well.
I want to add Star Wars: Rebellion (supremacy in the UK) my mouse arm starts hurting when i think about it, still it was great.

Saints Row 2. It lagged whenever I got in a car, but I still loved it for it's character customisation.

Deadly Premonition is the most sheer fun I've had in a while. It does almost everything wrong, but the Narm Charm is turned up to 11.

Also, I have a big fuzzy soft spot in my heart for Mad Dog Mcree. For some reason.

Every time I'm about to roll my eyes at people lining up to buy the latest iteration of Madden or somesuch, I have to remind myself that I own every entry in the Warriors franchise since DW3. Except that Gundam one. I just can't get into Gundam.

Cel Damage: Overdrive

So much fun, so much awesome weapons, so many funny characters and cutscenes. Sadly, after you've unlocked everything, there's really nothing else to do, but it's still mindless fun.

I enjoyed the Bouncer, though it was criminally short.
Though to be more recent another game that I am enjoying that is receiving its own fair share of criticism is FFXIII. But hey what do I know?

Clive Barker's Jericho. I was actually thinking of doing a review of it.

The Conduit got a lot of post release flak, and I'll be the first to admit that the single player sucked loads of donkey butter by the halfway mark, but what made the game for me was the multiplayer. I really can not explain why, but online multiplayer Conduit was some of the best fun I ever had with an FPS.
I know how Yahtzee feels about judging a game on its multiplayer, and I really agree with him that unless the game is something like Mario Party, the single player should be the yardstick by which the game is measured, but if Conduit 2 has multiplayer, you can bet your ass I will buy it just on those grounds alone.
