Every Power Ranger series uses footage from a japanese counterpart, Super Sentai. While stories tend to differ for the most part (including a series based on nature turned into a space opera) most footage of robots and fight scenes are based on the Japanese footage. And another fun fact is that while Mighty Morphing is the first Power Rangers series, it was based on the sixteenth sentai, another fun fact is that the sentai series did not receive the staple of combining robots until the eighth series, Chouji Sentai Liveman.

Out of the 30 teams in the MLB, 10 of them have never been a part of a perfect game, they are the Giants, Cardinals, Pirates, Orioles, Royals, Mariners, Brewers, Astros, Padres, and Rockies.

Also no pitcher has ever scored a run during the game he pitched a perfect game in. 3 pitchers have had RBIs in their perfect games.
Wouldn't you count the Detroit Tigers or are you giving them the nod and saying they were robbed terribly and deserve the perfect game? If so, THANKS :D

Edit: wait, a part of... ok so it can be a team on the losing end of the perfect game?
Yeah, all ten of these teams have never been a part of a perfect game being the winning team or the losing team.

I think Link is left handed. That's pretty nifty, if I do say so myself.
He wields a sword in his left hand but I could swear he did everything else with is right. I'm not sure what that implies.

Spartan 117 is also know as Seara 117 in one of the Halo 3 missions. (What? Its true.)
I assume you're joking and know why he was called Sierra right? I'd hate to explain and realise you'd been winking the whole time and I'd missed the joke.
Actually I don't. Please enlighten me.
I don't understand either.
Im guessing its because of the codes
A=alpha
B=bravo
(s)partan=sierra?

Although, if memory serves me right, the reason is explained somewhere in one of the books.

Pointless response but meh.
In the US military, the S character would indeed be Sierra. It has nothing to do with a code and serves instead to reduce the incidence rate of miscommunication. Numbers are not immune: the number three is pronounced "tree" on a radio and the number five is "fife". Nine, as most people are aware is called "niner" to limit confusion with the german word for no.

If I'm not mistaken, the reference in this case is to the location the opening sequence of Halo 3 takes place in. Using modern military standards, it would not refer to a grid coordinate as those tend to be a two letter reference followed by up to 10 digits (for a reference accurate to 1 meter). The Two letter reference generally refers to a given 50,000:1 map sheet. A 10-digit coordinate refers to a specific square millimeter on said map. Thus, I'm not sure why the S 117 designation is used

I just found out there's a mobile version of Sonic Unleashed. Even weirder, it doesn't look that bad. The day levels look like they were taken straight out of Sonic Rush, and the werehog looks like the same sort of level design mixed with a beat'em-up. (And slowed down, of course) I'd check it out if my phone played games that aren't MIDI format.

The Wii version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance was originally going to guest star Samus [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opkOtApoqqI] and Link [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwElEsHkk_A&feature=related], but Nintendo made Activision drop the idea after they showed a tech demo of the characters...on PS2 hardware. Good going, idiots.

The plot of Half-Life 2 was originally vastly different to the finished product. The beginning of the game was very similar to the beginning of the original, the train ride far longer and showing large glimpses of the Wasteland, City 17, invasive Xen wildlife and Cremators. The Combine still had a human military, one of whom was a member of the resistance who himself was Alyx's father. Eli Vance was a hermit living in a cave that showed Gordon a slideshow of events between the two games. Nova Prospekt was a far smaller part of the gameplay, merely there to provide access to a train, and also included Gunship hangers. Gordon was meant to spend an early part of the game on a vessel called the Borealis, then later travel on a submarine to an air processing facility (which was replacing the atmosphere) to destroy it, that action being the one that began the revolution, then take a plane back to City 17 that would crash into a building.

No one will ever love you.

In all seriousness, here's one from Dale Carnegie: if you smile at someone, their subconscious reaction would be to smile back.

If you don't like that one, here's a historical one: Theodore Roosevelt often manipulated reporters into publishing articles favoring his policies through a mix of gift giving, fear, and strict rules. He would let reporters into places they usually weren't allowed, but if you published something he didn't approve, you never saw him ever again.
And smiling at srangers is considered deviant.

The "Memorize spells earlier in the day to cast them later" used in Dungeons and Dragons and some other systems which have copied Dungeons and Dragons is called "Vancian Spellcasting" named after Jack Vance's Dying Earth novel series, where that style of casting is thought to have originated

Jack Vance was later immortalized even further in the world of D&D by them naming one of their greatest villains after him... Vecna

The day Bruce Wanye's parents died, the movie they saw was Zorro. Depending on the current continuity, they were killed by Joe Chill.

Wait...Really?!
It is generally assumed so... CONSPIRACY THEORY INCOMING.

In 2006, it was revealed that EA Redwood Shores (now known as Visceral Games) was developing System Shock 3, next year (aught 7), System Shock was no longer in development, but instead Dead Space was announced.

Coincidence? I think NOT!

Heres a fun one, on nuclear waste dumps people arnt sure what to write. They need to convay that you MUSNT TOUCH THIS SHIT FOR ANY REASON EVER in a way that means that during the THOUSAND years in which it takes to decay everyone will understand regardless of language change.

Skulls wouldnt work, people might think its a tomb, any normal gesture may be out dated and not understood causing unneccessary death. People are idiots and curious, they need to make sure no one goes. "WTF does that sign mean?" "Dunno lets dig it up and find out"

Anyone suggest what could be on it?

Pictures of some of the character from the Mario games can be found in TLoZ: Ocarina of Time. You can see them in the area where you first meet the princess through the little window you pass going towards her.
