The later on sections in Bioshock where you had to collect the components for the Big Daddy outfit and that horrible escort the little sister section.
that level gives me nightmares I think I was on it for like 4 hours. 0.otellmeimaninja said:Personally, I enjoyed Halo: Combat Evolved. I still regard The Library as one of the most horrid levels in history, though. Did this even seem like a good idea at the time?
And the relationship with his daughter was handled far more emotively in Chains of Olympus than it was in this heavy handed excuse.Frozen Donkey Wheel2 said:Uh, Ok. If you find lesbians appalling, then I don't see the point of trying to convince you otherwise(although the dialog was pretty bad, I definitely grant you that.) The rhythm game takes about 45 seconds to complete and is so minor, I don't see the point of complaining. It's one puzzle. It's not they integrated it into the entire game, so why fault a little creativity? Oh, and Pandora was a surrogate for Kratos's daughter. Did you really not pick up on that?The_Deleted said:God of War III had some piss poor choices. The sex scene was appalling with the two maids simpering away and the rhythm/ music task was so out of place.
Not to mention his un-Kratos like concern for someone else(Pandora) coming from nowhere.
OK, I can see where you're coming from with the Pandora thing and the sex scene thing, but I just don't see what the big deal is with the music puzzle. "Jarred with the story as a whole"?! How? It's one. Very small. Puzzle! That's it!The_Deleted said:And the relationship with his daughter was handled far more emotively in Chains of Olympus than it was in this heavy handed excuse.Frozen Donkey Wheel2 said:Uh, Ok. And the music game was just so out of place and jarred with the story as a whole, not just III.
As for the lesbians, sure every GoW has a throwaway sex game, it wouldn't be GoW otherwise. But let's just have the OTT sex noises and not some piss poor narration.

Then what about Halo 3's Cortana level? Also, the Cortana moments throughout the campaign. They serve no purpose and just interrupt the action.tellmeimaninja said:Personally, I enjoyed Halo: Combat Evolved. I still regard The Library as one of the most horrid levels in history, though. This. Except I'd apply the same to the entirety of RBB.Mister Swift said:Banjo Kazooie.

But I liked the tank section...D: (Blood & Iron).Vanilla Vanish said:So the first 3rd of the game? Fair enough.Fappy said:I'll list some from RPG's... why not?

How about all the bits of CoD World at War that weren't the Sniping Mission or Nazi Zombies. Ok thats not fair I enjoyed CoD:WaW, but I am putting down it's tank mission as the low point. Such a bad section of an otherwises pretty decent game.
Also, I LIKE the fade section. Yeah, how's that.
Uh oh... I bet that is where we went wrong.LordNue said:Or they don't notice one of the bajillion bombable walls that have keys behind them.
I jizzed. Yeah that's when I stopped playing the game and skipped straight to 3. Also collecting comet coins in Super Mario Galaxy 2. It's what made it inferior to the first game.tellmeimaninja said:Personally, I enjoyed Halo: Combat Evolved. I still regard The Library as one of the most horrid levels in history, though.
