Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. I just can't disable the Titan's IP blocker with my gunboats no matter how close I get my cruiser without being detected. Trying to destroy it with my ship itself ends with me getting raped. Arrrgh!

Now I need to go back and finish that game. I'll not rest till I fuck your shit up with my supercruisers and battleships, Titan base!

Far Cry 2. Couldn't finish a mission because of a scripting bug. Not sure if it was essential to finish the game but at that point I didn't want to anymore.

Oh an I wanna be the guy. Got all the way to the final boss but after what feels like two million attempts I gave up.

I didn't finish a lot of games mainly because my housemate trades them in before I can. Most notable of these games was Red Dead Redemption, because I still wanted to keep playing it.

Game I stopped playing because it was goddamn awful was Minority Report on the Gamecube. I'm impressed I stuck with it as far as I did.

I recently picked up Command&Conquer: The First Decade. Blitzed my way through Tiberium Sun and Red Alert 2, but gave up on Red Alert when I rage-quite one mission and forgot it was made in the days before auto-save.

Haha, one game? I'm a serial game-dropper. I love'em and leave'em.

Let's see. There's Final Fantasy 8, 10, 12, V Advance if you count the bonus dungeon I could never get through, Jak and Daxter (that one friggin obstacle at the very end that I was convinced was the final hurdle, but I just couldn't seem to jump high enough), Radiant Historia, Okage.

These are all games I stuck with right until the end and then gave up for some reason, usually ending fatigue but sometimes "ooooh, shiny, new game"

I have another whole list of games that I just stopped playing halfway through.

I hate having ADD sometimes.

Goldeneye. Got everything (even Infinite Ammo) except the Invincibility code and the rewards (including Egypt) from beating Aztec. Got the twin lasers from the mid difficulty though.

FPS I guess were never much my thing to begin with, so it's a testament to the game that I perserveed that long.

Shadow the Hedgehog,

That the game was horribad was a reason to drop it on itself, but I played it anyway. Then I came to the final boss and it was not entertaining, not testing your skills, just plain annoying and I tried twice and never touched the game after that.

Similar case with OutLand, but that game was in my opinion actually good, nice platforming and an actual challenge at times, but the final boss killed the game for me by being not epic nor fun, just annoying.

As others have said, Far Cry 2.

But because I got absolutely sick of clearing out the same darn road blockades time after time. I killed so many people in the same ones, that the local town would have been depopulated trying to 'restaff' them. It just got ridiculous after a while. Also, hunting for diamonds was just lame as hell.

The first Ratchet and Clank.

Always died before the final boss one way or another.
So did I... Until I farmed 1.000.000 bolts and bought the RYNO! :D

OT: The last games I couldn't bother to finish was Brütal Legend and Yakuza 3.
Brütal Legend went from pretty fun to awful. RTS from third person perspective isn't very clever.
Yakuza 3 was just too dull. Kick some maffia boss' ass and then spend a few hours taking care of your kids problems. Over and over!
I think the ryno is 50,000 in the frist game

Sonic Adventure. Because Big the Cat sucks. His levels were boring and difficult. Never a good combination.

Brink.

Couldn't get past day 2 on the security side because my god damn AI buddies couldn't give me ANY cover while I was trying to deliver the security card. Or whatever the hell I was doing.

I must say, that game set a record though, I'd never sold a game 3 days after getting it up until I got Brink.
i actually got something that can beat that i returned too human within 3 hours of purchasing it

Wow, somebody actually bought Too Human?

Morrowind and Fallout 3

I loved both of them, i loved all aspects of them. The problem is, it takes so much time to play through, and I like to do ALLL the missions, so I never feel the urge to get on them. I really like RPG's, but I dont tend to game in very long sessions, so I can't just hop onto Fallout for an hour and then get off. I have to get into the game, get moving and into it, play a bunch of missions for the immersion, and then get off. That takes me a long time.

Bioshock - a great game. I think I've just come to associate it with becoming violently ill after a few days home from school.
Siren - just frustratingly bad. I played it twice.
Obscure - okay game, but it glitched on me and I was unable to continue.
Haunting Ground - I don't remember why, but I recall not liking it.
Shadow Man - I got stuck assembling the pieces of the staff. I intend to finish it one day.

Fallout 3

A shame too. It had a lot going for it. But just so... bloody... monotonous.

I feel bored just thinking about it.

Disgaea: I bored me to death about all the grinding.
Prinny for psp[bot of them]: the story was nice, but it was hard enough to rach massochism level.
