That happened to me when I first got Google Chrome subject Nero. Firefox fixed that.

Maybe it's to ward off too many people joining for MM XD

Subject Toast, no it isn't that. I've not gotten it, but it apparently links to those fake virus scanners that really give you a virus.
Subject Rex, it has to deal with your virus scanner.

My virus scanner has always been Kaperspy and I use 3 different browsers subject Nero and I only get problems on Chrome.
