Thanks sorry about the tenses I just edited the original directly when I should have re typed it.
Also looking at some of the other posts would you prefer it if I added some supernatural stuff in to my character?
I'm waiting on Rain to tell em if we're doing supernatural stuff, but yes, have a supernatural back up read.
Considering that I already approved someone who can see the undead, yes, there will be the supernatural.

Name: Matilda (7 years old)

Gender: Female

Physical Description: Small girl, about four foot tall, her skin is very pale, and grey in places, her left eye is very blood-shot, her hair is long and wild, black and looks like it is full of years worth of ash and dust.

Emotional and Mental disposition: Her condition is very odd, but has been best described by her many doctors as "A foul mix of psychosis,
Bi-polar and schizophrenia" she is also very capricious, flitting from one delight to another as if she is in a wonderful garden and has to smell every flower.

Reason for being committed: When she was 5 she burnt down her house, killing her parents and her 2 year old brother, it was later found that apart from the mother, all the victims had been dead before the fire started.

History: She was brought up in a rather normal family, but was bullied greatly at school, after a while the cracks began to show and she stabbed her bully in the arm, after being expelled her condition worsened, her parents took her to a large range of doctors and psychiatrists, but to no avail, after a while she snapped, and killed her parents in the fire. She was found a few days after the fire curled up in an alleyway a few streets away, and she was then committed to the asylum by her remaining psychiatrists.

Side Notes: Matilda's grey patches were from the fire when buring ashes blew onto her, leaving the many marks.
Sorry, but they typically don't send children to the mental ward...

OK then an idea (which I will edit in to the sheet if you approve of it.)

Tom takes on the personalities of others telepathically. It is a sort of mental leaching effect.
He has no control over it and it happens whenever he thinks about someone. Normally it is only minor with little real effect but if he thinks about someone too much it can make noticeable changes. This is why when he became obsessed with Jac he took on Jac's entire personality. There is even the possibility that entire traits will transfer from one to the other. Maybe that's why Jac let his garde down the night they met.
That might also lead to Tom thinking he is possessed by Jac's ghost when really he has just become like him.
Okay, in the interest of fairness and balance, I'm going to make it a rule that you can't have anything as powerful as telepathy aside from reading minds.

But as is said in the rules, run everything by Lycan and I, I'd rather do everything that could potentially be game breaking or anything, on a case by case basis.

Hmmm, what is the minimum age? I don't mind settling for a slightly older char.

Name:Marcus Shrike (Plague bringer)

Gender: Male

Physical Description: Marcus is tall, extremely tall, standing at about 7'2,but is slender and gaunt. His limbs are long and spindly, and his head is almost permanently obscured by a doctor's mask from the 16[sup]Th[/sup] century. If you were to take of this mask however, all you would see is a almost blank face, featureless apart from two pure black eyes and a large, jagged toothed, thin lipped mouth, that spreads across one horizontal side of his head.It is permanently held in a terrible grin.On the top half of his body he wears a black dirt-stained trench coat, with a moth eaten red tie and a blood stained shirt. On his bottom half,he wears torn black slacks, and knee high combat boots. He wears black gauntlets, rusted with time.

Emotional and Mental disposition: Marcus's personality is never held in one place,in some cases,he is cold and emotionless,in overs,he is over excited and madly happy, and rare others,he seems to be fun and friendly. His mind seems to be a rotten, broken sludge, that changes from a liquid to a solid, and in rare cases,a gas.Though this does not prevent him from being intelligent beyond certain belief, and having the ability to build various machines.

Reason for being committed: He wasn't committed,he's always seemed to have been in the asylum...

History: The being self described as Marcus Shrike, and described by others as The Plague Bearer, has been around since the construction of the asylum itself, wandering it's halls at night and bringing down a terrible illness on those who angered him.In recent days,he has been confined to one room and treated as a human being, though this does not prevent religious guards and inmates from labelling him a servant of the Devil. He's been officially incarcerated to the Asylum for multiple counts of murder, caused by what seems to be a mixture of MPD and Bi-polar disorder.

Side Notes: Is not human, and things he touches decay.

So is my idea over powered then?
I thought I would be crippling. What does someone gain from being able to catch madness from others inside an insane asylum.
In face that is Tom's whole reason for being here he literally ?caught? madness from Jac.
If you could make it an innate and uncontrollable, then yes.

ok, I'll make her 17 then, I'm fine with it, I've also changed some of the history and stuff to suit the age change.

Name: Matilda (17 years old)

Gender: Female

Physical Description: Small teenage girl, about five and a half feet tall, her skin is very pale, and grey in places, her hair is long and wild, black and looks like it is full of years worth of ash and dust, although if you look past the greyish scars, she looks like she would have been very attractive.

Emotional and Mental disposition: Her condition is very odd, but has been best described by her many doctors as "A foul mix of psychosis,
Bi-polar and schizophrenia" she is also very capricious, flitting from one delight to another as if she is in a wonderful garden and has to smell every flower.

Reason for being committed: When she was 5 she burnt down her house, killing her parents and her 2 year old brother, it was later found that apart from the mother, all the victims had been dead before the fire started, she later killed two men while she was wandering the streets, one of them was found without eyes, after this she was caught and sent to the asylum.

She was found a few days after the fire curled up in an alleyway a few streets away, she ran and wasn't seen for a long while as she wandered the streets, while she was wandering she killed two men, and after many years she was finally found, she was then committed to the asylum by her remaining psychiatrists.

Side Notes: Matilda's grey patches were from the fire when buring ashes blew onto her, leaving the many marks.

He permanently wearing gauntlets,it's just a characterization side note, and it a more of a decay over time effect, and how sentient the object is affects how quickly the powers work.So a wall would crumble easily and a human would require a couple hours of exposure to direct skin.

Wait I'm confused
So if I say Tom has no control over it and doesn't understand how it works (it works based on how much and how intently he thinks about someone which he can't force)
Then I can or can't have it ?
You can have it, but be reasonable with it and don't go overboard.

Name: Ines Garcia

Gender: Female

Physical Description: Medium height, with an olive skin tone, a Hispanic appearance, and brown hair cut short. She wears tight clothing most of the time, to show off for her "friends." (See Reason for Being Commited.) At the time of being incarcerated, she was wearing a blue tank top and khaki shorts. She also has a scar on her knee from a knife fight, that is to say, a fight with a knife she thought had called her a jerk.

Emotional and Mental disposition: Ines has a bubbly, party-loving personality, and a healthy enough mental disposition. She always seems happy, giggling at jokes and getting drunk on a whim. She frequently sparks up conversations with anyone (or anything) near her. However, her cheerfulness usually gets on other people's nerves.

Reason for being committed: Ines has syndromes of delusional companions. She believes objects like blenders or toothbrushes talk to her, and respond when she talks back. She was incarcerated after her dishwasher told her to beat up her neighbor, which she did, and was arrested and thrown into Madam Geria's.

History: Ines first found out about her companions when she was three. Her teddy bear appeared to talk to her about the candy she had been eating, and since she was so young, her parents assumed it was just her being young.

But as she grew up, she kept hearing objects speak to her. She often had lengthy, whispered conversations with homework papers after school on the topic of teachers. She managed to keep it secret from her parents even when she left for college.

While she was at college, her symptoms intensified. She would hear her stuff talk to her at night, and wouldn't let her sleep. Her dorm-mates thought she was crazy, and she was reccomended for therapy. At therapy, she slowly went through rehabilitation. After she finished college and got a degree in music, she still was in therapy to finish off her disorder.

However, two years later, she heard the voices again. Her dishwasher began speaking to her, and the next minute, she was beating her neighbor in the face. She was arrested, and taken to Madam Geria's.

Side Notes: To her, different types of items have similar personalities. Bagels are, quote, "almost too funny to eat," whereas sporks are "such posers, trying to be forks and spoons."

Is it good, or do I have to go burn it and make a new one?
